Ethan's POV

Grayson hasn't talked to me in days. He believes that these kids are the worst disition we've made. But to be honest I think it's the best thing. Kat has a little belly and now she wants to see her dad. I say it's a bad idea, but of course Grayson thinks it's a great idea.

"Ethan are you ready," Kat yelled from the kitchen.

"Hold on. I'm just putting my shoes on."

"Well hurry up," Grayson said, "her dad is waiting at the restaurant."

Your joking with me. Gray is coming. Of course. He's going to fuck everything up. We'll it's now or never. Let go see this guy who faked his death to his hole family for months.

I walked towards Kat. She smiled at me and I smiled back. I looked down at her belly and put my hand on it. I leaned down and kissed her. She smiled into the kiss. She pulled away and was still smiling.

"Let's go E."

She grabbed my hand and led me to the car. Grayson was already in the drivers seat. I got in the back and Kat got in with me.

"Kat your dad is not the same," Gray said.

"What does that mean Gray," I asked.

"Eth you know what I mean. He is not like us. He was turned by the queen so his blood is stronger then all of us. Kat your dad only drinks human blood and his senses are much more heightened then any of ours. So once we walk in, just be prepared for him to hear the babies immediately."

"Whatever let's just go Gray. I want to see my dad after 2 years," Kat said.

"That's how long he's been away from you guys."

"Yeah."

"I could never stay away from my family for that long," I told her. She looked up at me and smiled.

"Alright let's go love birds," Gray said.

It took an hour to get to the restaurant so I told Kat to go to sleep. Grayson kept looking back at me. I finally got fed up and said something.

"Is something wrong Gray."

"She really loves you."

"I know. Is something wrong with that Gray."

"No. Nothings wrong with that. I just... I just wish I found my mate as fast as you did." His eyes were tiring up.

"Gray... trust me. You'll find your mate soon. And I know she'll love you so much."

"Thanks bro. Hey... I'm sorry for punching you the other day. I lost control over myself." 

"Gray I forgive you. I understand that you lost control. I used to lose control all the time," I looked down at Kat, "until I met her."

"Yeah you've changed since she came into your life. It's a good change."

"Thanks Gray."

We both smiled and he kept his concentration on the road. I got to thinking about Kat and the kids. In a few months, these not going to be one set of twins in the family. I'm having freaking twins. Mind blowing. This is how dad felt when they found out about me and Gray. Except dad isn't a twin. But I think his younger brothers are twins. So that's how it plays through.

"E..." Gray took me out of my thoughts, "we're here. Walk up Kat. I'll go inside to her dad."

"Okay."

Gray left and through me the keys so I can lock the car when we get out. I leaned down and kissed Kat's head. She mumbled something that I didn't understand. I tapped he cheek.

"Ethan stop it."

"Come on beautiful we're here. Your dad is waiting in there."

"Really."

"Yup. I can see Grayson talking to him from in here."

"Okay. I'm nervous. Ethan why am I so nervous to see my dad."

"I think because you haven't seen him for 2 years and he faked his death. Oh and also the fact that your pregnant and he'll know the second you step into those doors."

"Wow making it better," she sarcastically said.

"Come one let's go."

I grabbed her hand and hoped out of the car. I helped her down and we walked hand and hand to the doors. I opened it and she thanked me by kissing me. I could tell her dad was staring right at us so I pulled way.

"Trust me I didn't want to do that," I told her.

"Alright you ready."

"Kinda."

She walked in and I had my hand on her lower back. Kat ran to her dad when she saw him. He hugged her and kissed her cheek. I heard him whisper to Kat, "I can tell that your pregnant baby."

"Yes dad I am."

"Twins. Wow."

"That's was my reaction sir," I said.

He let go of Kat, "and you must be Ethan. Heard a lot about you from your brother." He held out his and I shook it.

"I hope good things."

"Only good."

Wow he's really nice.

"So Ethan. How long have you and my daughter been dating."

"Uh about 5 months."

"And you guys meet in school."

"Yeah Kat was walking up the stairs and I saw her and it was like time stopped." 

Kat looked at me and was blushing. I smiled at her. We sat down and ate. Of course Kat didn't eat anything because she was too scared too. Kat picked up her drink and too a sip.

"Daddy where have you been," Kat said.
