Kat and I were still sitting in the back yard, in the same position. I lightly tapped her butt so she can get up before my parents get home.
"Kat seriously I have to get back in my room and try and get your sent off of me before my parents get home."
"Ok please promise you'll be in school tomorrow."
"I can't make any promises. I don't know if my mom would let me go."
"Please Eth. Talk to her. I need you in school. That girl Sophia is giving me the biggest attitude."
"Why." I started to get a little mad.
"She's mad that we're together and she doesn't like me hanging out with Grayson."
"Well her and Gray have a little on and off thing."
"Just promise me."
"I promise."
"Ok." She got off of me and then tried to help me up but I was too heavy for her. I just got up and made her think she helped me.
"I don't want to leave you," she said giving me a sad face.
"I know but my parents will kill you."
"I wish this was easier. I wish I was like you."
"Don't you dare say that. You do not want to be like me. I wish I could be human."
"Ethan if I was a vampire I could be with you forever."
"Don't you remember I told you I was crazy 116 years ago."
"Ya."
"That's because I killed so many people and just couldn't stop... because I was born a vampire I got my fangs when I was 10. It was hard for me and Gray to control our edges to just kill someone at first sight. Until our sister learned to control herself then she help me and Gray... I don't want you to go through that."
"Ethan I won't go through it because I have you and I know you would help me. Please Ethan for me."
"Kathryn you do realize that you will be in a coma like state for 5 days."
"I don't care if it means I'll be with you the rest of my life, then 5 days doesn't matter to me."
"Kat I don't want to do this if it means I can't see you for 5 days."
"But after those 5 days we'll be with each other for eternity."
"Babe I don't know."
She looked shocked.
"What. What's wrong."
"You called me babe."
"Ya and..."
"You just caught me off guard and now we are off the topic. Ethan please just turn me."
"Your sure you want this." I got closer to her.
"Yes just do it Ethan."
I came closer to her and grabbed her frail body. I leaned down to her neck and was about to bit it. I first kissed it then sank my fangs in. I tasted her amazing taste of her blood then pulled away.
"I'm not doing it Kathryn. Not now," I kissed her neck and tried to clean the blood off her neck, "Not when you have the rest of high school to finish."
"Ethan seriously."
"Yes I'm serious. I don't want to be the cause of you not having fun the last two years of high school."
"Ethan high school isn't fun it's torture."
"Kathryn if you really want me to do this... you have to drink my blood first."
"Just like when I first found out about you being a vampire."
"Ya but this time you want me to drain all your blood out of you."
"Ethan seriously I don't care. Just when I wake up, give me animal blood not human blood. I already know kinda what will happen."
"What."
"I can tell I'm going to be asking for you or asking for food."
"God I love you but I don't want this for you."
"You'll thank me in about 100 years when I'm still here and 16."
She bits my wrist and somehow she made a cut. She sucked some blood. I looked at her and she nodded. She smiled and I leaned down again.
