Chapter 7

Rosie stirs, beginning to gain consciousness. Cora shoots her gaze towards her and looks back Anna is gone. Anna stops running and shifts, she mimics Cora and runs, howls out hoping a dealer would chase her. She runs off further into the woods. She runs for a good amount of time, no one follows her. She stalks around looking for them. She decided to hide in a bush and wait.

Rosie stirs some more, wrapped tightly by Matt. She wakes up quick and takes in a large amount of air. "FUCKING BITCH!" She yells out. She looks around, sees a near naked Cora and realized she was laying on Matt. She jumps up,"Shit, wolf junk!" Cora laughs. "Wait, where's Anna?" she asks. Matt jumps up, not realizing he shifted back.

"Don't yell at me! My junk is amazing!" He looks down. "Oh. Shit. Uh, don't look." He tries to cover himself.

Anna is waiting alone in the bushes, no one comes, she grows impatient so shifts back to her own form. She uses her strength and jumps straight, above the tree line. She spots two oversized wolfs running, she decided to go and run with them. Instead she ran into Rosie.

"I thought you were out cold." Anna says wide eyed.

"I was, I ran out looking for you, Cora and Matt are looking for me." Rosie said.

"Wow, I told them to watch you."Anna replied, a tad peeved.

"Oh and I totally saw Matt's wolf junk. It was so cool though, he was a giant ass wolf. And he was fluffy as fuck." Rosie rambled.

Anna shushed Rosie, hearing unknown voices nearby.

"Bam, you need to see this. For one here, you dropped Ademe's pistol, take it, and secondly look at the rounds. What the fuck are they?" Rosie states.

Anna unloaded the firearm and empties the magazine on the grass. The bullet's are pure silver.

"Why would they use these bullets? I mean sure they can kill Lykens, but these can kill them too." Anna rhetorically asks in confusion.

"We need to keep them from getting shot!" Rosie says.

"Go find them, there's someone nearby. Warn them before anything happens." Anna demands.

Rosie kisses Anna with all of her feeling, in case they didn't see each other again.

"You are so lucky you are hot when you are commanding." Rosie nervously laughs and runs off.

Anna runs in the opposite direction and runs through the trees. She ends up in a clearing, two death dealers scanning the area. Anna mimic shifts and changes into Cora's wolf. She stalks the vampires through the brush, finding a good spot to attack from. All you see is bright orange eyes through the trees. As soon as both vampires' backs are facing Anna, she begins to stealthily approaching them. Once she gets to a reasonable distance, she begins to sprint towards them. she pounces on one biting its neck, it turns to ash. The other runs to keep distance, his gun is stuck in the holster, Anna gets close and pounces. Mid air it felt as if everything was going by in slow motion, she hears a gunshot, she believes Rosie encountered trouble. She is still in mid air and follows through with the kill. Landing onto the dealer. She growls at it, he smirks. She hears two other gunshots. Distracted, the vampire tries to squirm away. Anna bites the subordinate on the neck and he turns to ash. She stands up and realized there is a mass amount of blood everywhere, she is completely shocked, she was the one shot.

Instead of wasting anymore time she howls out, "Cora, Matt, don't let them shoot you, they are using silver bullets." To both Rosie and the vampires it was just a sad wolf howl. One dealer was nearby and ran towards Anna's howl.

Cora hears the howl and bolts to where the howl came from. She could smell the fear from Anna. She immediately shifts, and is racing against time. She will find Anna, she needs to. Cora is running towards where she can faintly smell Anna's scent. She bolts to the trail, and runs as hard as she can.
