Description - Everybody treated the Predicon like an outcast, but you were different.

The Decepticons had recently acquired a game changer to the war against Autobots. Ever since our long lost ally Shockwave had sprout back up from existence on Cybertron, we had increased in cybertronian technology. What the scientist had discovered was far beyond anyone's, even Megatron's expectations. With collected CNA from the outskirts of battle zones on our dead planet, Shockwave managed to revive an ancient species said to of gone extinct eons ago, the Predicons.

I have only heard tales and seen very little historical files on these monstrous beings. I never thought I would get to see one during my life time. I was lucky enough to bare witness to it's first reveal back on Dark Mount. It was the most incredible cybertronian lifeform I had ever seen! It stalked from out of the portal in form of a dragon. All the other vehicons cowered under it's presence, but I admired it's strength and ambition. Sadly, I was the only one that thought that way, other than it's creator and Megatron himself. Of course our leader was for the most part full of greed to have such a powerful creature under it's control. His second in command on the other hand was flushed with rage and jealousy over the scientist's ability to prove better of use than himself.

He hated the beast with a passion, treating it like scum if given the chance. I felt sympathy for the Predacon, as it was such a well deserved being that should be treated with the outmost respect and diligence. It wasn't just some mindless creature who's only capability was to follow Megatron's orders, he had intelligence. Other than it's primary hunter instincts, it could speak out it's own mind. That would probably explain it's ignorance towards the second in command.

During my initial standby on board the upper haul of the Nemesis, I stood afar from the lair in which the Predacon occupied, awaiting it's next summon. Starscream approached from the sky and boarded the ship in jet form, shifting upon landing just a few meters from the entrance to it's dungeon. I observed the seeker approach the door that the Predicon laid in a slumber just beyond the thick metal. The door slid open and the disturbed dragon perked it's helm up from being curled to it's body.

"All right you unruly beast, it's time to start taking you're commander more seriously and get to work", he commanded. The Predicon stood on all fours and faced the seeker, generating an aggravated hiss. It held it's ground and resisted stepping forward. Starscream clenched his servos.

"Graah! Are you're circuits impaired? Step forward you pathetic imbecile!", he insulted. The mech withdrew a short spark staff he carried on his back, sparking it towards the Predicon. The beast roared at the threatening gesture with a shriek. I couldn't bare to watch this anymore. Something had to be done.

"Starscream!", I shouted. I ran over to the situation. Starscream turned back, not expecting a vehicon like me to stand up to his commandment.

"You need to stop treating that Predicon like a piece of scrap and respect it's boundaries!", I hollered in defense. The mech switched the direction he was pointing his weapon to me.

"What gave you the audacity to speak to you're second in command in such a matter?", he snapped. "You know nothing of this creature". I doubt Starscream knew much of it either, but I didn't want to sit back and do nothing to help. I glared at him with heated optics.

"You think you know any better?", I scoffed. He growled in frustration from the insult. I was expecting him to strike at me, but instead he let out a sigh and gave me an unexpected grin. He pulled his staff away to the side of him.

"Well if you think your so smart, i'm sure you wouldn't mind volunteering to feed this wretched beast while I gather up my troops", he gestured to the Predicon. I glaced to the dragon with widened optics, looking back at the seeker.
