A/N: I know the person who requested this wanted a shy femme reader, but I've been stuck on writing this for days because I couldn't find a good plot to fit that so I had to go with what i came up with. Also, I'm sorry to say that I won't be taking anymore requests for a while as I've been so busy with other things that I haven't been writing much. Before, all I did was write on my free time but now I have more responsibilities and hobbies that take the time I have to focus on just writing alone. I have I think 2 or 3 more requests I need to finish after this but after I won't be posting as much.

Description - Your friend Dreadwing had finally returned from his voyage and has a special proposal for you.

It had been eons since I had seen the familiar face of the mercenary I fought with during the war in it's beginning. Years past and I was almost convinced that his return was long lost, but alas, Dreadwing stood before me the same as he did the last time I saw him.

"It has been far too long friend", the mech smirked when he caught sight of me. My face lit up when our optics interlocked. I rushed to the upper haul the moment I had heard of his arrival on the Nemesis. It was unclear why he made a sudden appearance after all this time until he reconnected with his one true leader Megatron. It was the death of his brother, Skyquake, that brought him here.

It was a very hard day for me to hear of his passing. The whole tragedy was under the blunder of Starscream's incompetence. I blamed him for everything. The power thirsty seeker found the location of Skyquake's stasis chamber and awoke him in hopes that he would fall under the new leadership of Starscream. However, the dimwitted mech was unaware of Skyquake's complete loyalty to his one and true master. He didn't know Skyquake, not like I did.

Skyquake and his slit-spark twin were inseparable during the battles on Cybertron. They always fought as one as if they were one mech. They worked strategically with Dreadwing's cunning and explosive expertise and Skyquake's daring and aggressive tactics.  It was an honour to work along side them. Nobody understood them like I did. They always made me feel like I was the better of two halves.

When Cybertron fell and the Decepticons and Autobots were scattered and broken, I lost contact with the twins. I figured that I would be able to reunite with them once I found Megatron and the others, but after returning to my master eons later I was sad to only find Dreadwing. He was spark broken by the sudden separation with his other half during the chaos back on Cybertron.

He followed Megatron's trail until he reached Earth where the presence of Skyquake within his spark had faded. Dreadwing refused to believe that he was gone, so he took it upon his will to search for his missing half. That was the last time I had seen him until now. The happiness that I felt after hearing of Skyquake's discovery was short lived, and seeing Dreadwing's face in the present was filled with both nostalgia and grief.

"As much as I'd like to make up for lost time, I have come to ask you a favour", he proposed.

"What is it?", I asked. The mech went silent for a moment, recollecting himself.

"I need you to help me hunt down the Autobots responsible for Skyquake's demise". His helm lowered in sorrow, but there was anger in his spark. I felt equally as bad thinking back on the day of his passing. I knew this was hard for him. It hurt him enough saying his name. If there was anything justifiable I could give to him, it would be to help get his revenge.

I missed him too. The only connection I had to him was Dreadwing. I'm sure he felt the same way about me. They always separated themselves from other Decepticons, only following the commands of Megatron and Megatron alone. Aside from that, they treated me like their own. And if either of them needed me, I was there.
