Chapter 4

"What's happening? Mav, where are we going?" I asked as we ran as fast as we could. Mav didnt answer, he just continued running. I felt someone hold my hand, I looked and it was Jimmy. He intertwined our hands and a jolt of electricity ran through my body, Im not sure if he felt it too, but I did. Its like High School all over again.

Maverick sent me an image of my place and I knew what that meant. I gripped Jimmy's hand and closed my eyes.The next thing I know, Im back in my condo. I looked at my bracelet to see it back to normal. What was chasing us?

Maverick plopped down on the couch with a huff. "Oh Jimmy, probably didnt Introduce myself, Im Maverick. Maverick Storm." Mav said as he reached his hand out for a handshake, "Jimmy. Pleasure to meet you." Jimmy replied professionally but he was still quite shocked. I chuckled and got three bottles of beer. "I didnt know you can act professional." I joked as I placed the bottles on the table, and grabbing one for myself. Jimmy just raised his eyebrow, "Haaah." I laughed and looked at Maverick.

"Mav, what was chasing us?" I asked, He just shook his head and took a swig of his beer "I-I really dont know." He admitted. I nodded and sat inbetween Jimmy and him.

"Listen, I have to go, I have to tape Late Night." He said as he stood up, Maverick nodded, "Bye man." He said, Jimmy nodded and I stood up to lead him to the door.

"Hey, uh, You want maybe tomorrow, we can eat lunch together and maybe you can go to the studio and we can hang out. Sarah, I really want to start over. I really do, and I'd do anything for you to just say yes." He said, I just stared at him. Was I ready to start again? Will I run away like before? Can I do this?

"Sure." I said with a smile. He grinned and gave me a hug. "Can, I uh, Have your number?" He asked shyly. I nodded and registered it on his phone. "Can I have yours?" I asked, he nodded and called my phone. "Got it. Thanks." I smiled. Jimmy stood there for a moment before leaning down to kiss my cheek. "I'll see you." He said before turning around to walk away. I stood there, awestruck. "Yea, You too." I replied and then closed the door. I turned around to see Maverick smiling. "Proud of you." He smirked, I rolled my eyes, "Oh and By the way, were going to the Quantum." He said before walking to the couch. I nodded and followed him.

I really think Im falling for Jimmy all over again. But I need to about his show soon. I got my phone and started researching Well, let's just see where this goes.
