Chapter 7

"Yes." I whispered, I know I've been caught red-handed, so what's the point of lying? I looked down, and I could tell he was smiling at me. He put his finger below my chin and slowly lifted my head so I could look into his eyes. "You know I love you more than anything." He smiled before slowly placing his lips on mine. I was shocked, but soon after wrapped my hands around his neck to deepen the kiss. The kiss was just amazing. I never wanted it to end, It was full of passion, emotion and love. A moment later we broke for air, our foreheads touching each other. "God, I missed that." Jimmy whispered as he gave me a quick peck. I smiled and just held onto him, "I missed it too." I admitted, my face turning red. He looked at me and smiled, "Hey, I almost lost you today." I said as I hid my face in the crook of his neck. He held me tighter and kissed my head, "But you didn't, Im right here. I'm never ever going to leave you." He whispered as he hugged me tighter. We stayed like that for a while before I got out of his hold, "Where you going?" He asked as he stood up and followed me.

"To tell Mav you're awake." I replied, He nodded and followed me. We walked out my room and down the stairs to see Mav, Tron and Reevo sprawled on the couch. I sighed, "Tron! Reevo" I called, my two dogs shot up and ran to me. Mav sat up, startled.

"Woah!" I said as I walked up to him, he looked at me before looking at Jimmy, then back at me. A smile slowly crept on his face,

"Congrats you two!" He exclaimed as he gave me a hug and Jimmy a handshake, "I knew it, you'd get together!"

I rolled my eyes and sat on the couch, pulling Jimmy with me. He chuckled and I snuggled up against him. He smiled and pulled me close.

"Can we at least watch something nice?!" I exclaimed as I watched an intense chess championship. Maverick glared at me and I reached for the remote.

I was skimming through the channels when I saw Star Wars. I started getting all giddy. I glanced at Maverick to see him softly banging his head against the couch. "Again?! Really?" He whined, "Better that a boring chess game!" I exclaimed, "That was the championships!" He retorted. Jimmy chuckled as I just glared at Mav.

" I swear, if only I had the force, I'd be force choking you right now." I remarked while narrowing my eyes at him. He just stuck his tongue out at me; I gave him the finger. Jimmy smiled and kissed my head, and we watched the movie.

"Though, have you guys seen my phone?" Jimmy asked, I looked at him, " I think its upstairs." I said, he nodded and slowly got up from the couch and ran upstairs. I streched before standing up and walking to the kitchen to grab a bottle of water. I walked in the kitchen to see Maverick asleep on the table, I smiled, I walked back to the living room and grabbed a blanket and went back to the kitchen. I drapped it over him and made my way back to the living room. Just then Jimmy appeared infront of the TV.

"Damn. 91 missed calls from the guys back at work." He laughed, I shook my head, "Well duh, you were out for three hours, asswipe." I smiled, "And apparently, The dressing room is still messed up." He added, I looked at him and cringed, "Whoops."

"Jimmy, do they know youre a..." I asked, he shook his head, "No." I nodded, and looked out the window. I walked to the door and opened it and stepped out on the balcony which was overlooking the beautiful, New York City. I felt two arms wrap around my waist, "So, are we... back?" He whispered in my ear. I swear sometimes I think that there's a 13 year old living inside Jimmy's body. "I guess" I smiled, He kissed my head and just laid his head on top of mine, both of us admiring the beauty of the one and only New York City
