Part 24

Dinner was included in whatever extortionate price Aston paid for the holiday, so instead of being adamant on paying for dinner, I had no option but to let him continue treating me like a princess; no matter how guilty I felt about the whole thing...

'Dinner was perfect...' he smiled kissing Astons cheek as we walked slowly over to the lifts to go back to our room 'I do still feel guilty though...'

'Why...?' he laughed

'Because your paying for everything...'

'A gentleman always pays for his girl...'

'But I feel bad...'

'Look...ive got my girl...and that's more than anyone could ever give me...' he smiled wrapping his arms around me and placing a sweet kiss on his lips

'I love hearing you call me your girl...' I whispered against his lips

'Well that's the way its going to stay...no matter what's written in the press...'

'I know...' I smiled as we got into the lift and made our way back to our hotel room. It was getting late and after the exciting day we'd had, my energy was running low.

As soon as we arrived back in our room I threw my heels off and collapsed on the king sized bed, Aston doing the same lying on the other side of the bed next to me, just smiling at me.

'What?...' I laughed

'Nothing...just looking...' he winked

'At what?...'

'your face...' he said pulling tongues 'your so beautiful you know...'

'Ast...i...' I blushed

'Seriously Amelia...I think the world of you..' he smiled, melting my heart

'I love you...' I smiled

'I love you too...look I was going to wait until the last day of the holiday but it just seems a perfect time now...' he said

'What are you talking about?' I laughed confused as he turned over and reached into the bedside table pulling out a little box

'Urr....Ast?' I stuttered

'Look before you panic im not asking you to marry me...not that I wouldn't love too but...the relationships too new for that..'

'Uh...yeah...' I laughed almost breathing a sigh of

relief, I thought he'd gone crazy for a minute

'It's a promise ring...' he smiled opening the box to reveal a gorgeous white and blue love heart shaped diamond band

'Ast that's beautiful...' I gasped

'It's a promise from me to you...that I'll always be here for you and our love is eternal...' he smiled cutely putting in on my right hand, third finger on the left. 'You wear the heart facing inward...meaning the wearer's heart is taken, its an ancient belief that the vein of love runs from the third finger directly to the heart hence why thats where you wear it' he smiled blushing a little

'Ast...im speechless...' I stuttered 'this is the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for me...'

'Your worth it...' he said beginning to place soft kisses on my neck, working his way up to my lips before we truly showed each other how to felt about one another...I wanted life to stay with way forever...I don't think I'd ever been so happy...
