Chapter 27- Every memory leads to you

Sh*t! Why did I fell asleep? Dara panicked as soon as she realized whose arms it was she's so comfortably snuggled.

She's embracing Jiyongs arms like its a comfy pillow. Ottokeo?How embarrassing! Dara thought miserably.

She planned to move away from his shoulders unnoticed so she gently let go of his arms but she's not sure if he is awake or not so she very slowly tilted her face upwards to look at him.

Wrong move. 

Jiyong is awake and now their lips are just a few centimeters away from each other. When she felt Jiyong's breath on her face, she immediately pulled herself away.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't know I accidentally lean on your shoulders as I sleep. You should have woken me up ." Dara said, her cheeks turning tomato red.

"So it's my fault now? I did tried to wake you up but you sleep like a bear in hibernation. " Jiyong snapped.

"Like a bear? Even so. You should have--" Dara started to protest.

"Or maybe you're just pretending to sleep. Who knows, your doing it just so you can take advantage of me. I could feel you were enjoying it the entire time." Jiyong said accusingly.

Jiyong's remark has taken her aback and the insult didn't escape her ears.

Wait. What now?

Pretending to sleep?

Before she can ask him,  Jiyong opened his side of the door and went down from the car. She was about to follow him when Joon stopped her.

Joon  whose been secretly watching the two of them earlier can't help but be amused at how Dara leaned on to Jiyong's shoulder and she even placed her face on his neck while embracing his arms. What's funnier is Jiyong's reaction--he just sat there, stiffened and uncomfortable.
But by the looks of it, Joon thinks it's Jiyong's who enjoyed it more.

"Dara-sshi, there's no need for you to go down yet."Joon said as he stopped Dara.

You will have a different accomodation and we'll bring you there now. See, there's only one room in that house, unless you want to share with Jiyong." Joon said teasing Dara as he pointed to the glass house.

Dara shook her head. She never thought of that. She knew there's only one room in Jiyong's house and she never bothered thinking about her living arrangement with him since she agreed to be his stay-in doctor.

Or maybe she's hoping she could share the room with him. That's her wishful thinking. But she knew it wouldn't happen. But why is she still disappointed?

As they drove away, Dara thought about what Joon said, so he really doesn't want me to stay in his house with him huh? Is that how much he dislike me? Negative thoughts starts to consume her.

No. I think it's for the better . She thought maybe Jiyong just doesn't want to have any awkward moments with her. After all, he is a man and she is a woman. Her rational side tried to reason as she console her bruised ego. Not letting her negative thoughts control her, she kept that in mind.

After about 15 minutes, they parked in front of a small cabin.

So there is a cabin somewhere in this huge property. Dara thought to herself.

"This is where you will stay. It's kind of old, but it's very clean. Jiyong used to spend a lot of time here before you know,  his accident..."Joon said, a little hesitantly.

"Well, it looks nice and cozy. I can stay here." Dara said as she admire the old structure. It was a two story cabin with a nice veranda and terrace.
