======================================

I got into Eli's truck after school relived Bindi was in the back. I sighed hoping to get this day over with.

"That was a one off."

I jumped staring at Eli. Turning to explain to Bindi, all I saw was Bindi's bag not Bindi.

Oh fuck, I groaned, why? Why today? I was totally happy never speaking about what happened last night.

I closed my eyes not wanting to look at him. It would only bring back memories. Images flashed through my mind anyway even if I wanted to shut them out. The ruffled dark brown hair, dimples when he gave me a bad boy smile, kissable lips, the six pack he was hiding and strong arms that could so easily lift me.

"Yes E, it was definitely a one off. Never. Again."

I opened one eye to see if he was staring at me. His big grey eyes saying a thousand words. "Oh shit, was that your first time?"

I wasn't going to candy coat it. "If that was I'd never have fucked you. Period."

He rolled his eyes but I could see the relief lift from his shoulders.

I'd lost it at fifteen. I had a very hot boyfriend, who all the girls wanted; I thought the only way to keep him was to put out. It worked too, until I dumped him. I wasn't the type of girl to get their heart broken and nor was I looking to anytime in the future. Eli scanned the car park for Bindi.

He placed a hand on my leg. He was looking at me seductively. "I'm sorry that we even..."

"You want to do it again!" I shouted shocked. "And you just apologised!"

He stared at me. "No I don't."

"I don't believe you! I don't believe you would do this to Raine aft-"

"Raine's just a friend with benefits." He shouted back. I stopped. Come again? "Everyone just assumes she's my girlfriend because we sleep together and she hangs around with us. Okay?"

I tried to piece together everything. "But-"

"Sarah and Joseph caught us together one night. The only way to make them stop hassling me was to admit she was my girlfriend. Really, she's been trying to get on that pretty virgins dick. The way she walked past me the other day to get a signed autograph from that Biblical boy... I thought she had blown our cover."

So the guilt I was feeling had been for nothing. Really, Eli was single. I didn't let Eli see the little smirk that crossed my face.

Bindi clambered back into the truck her notebook in her hand. Bindi opened her mouth to talk but Eli shot her down.

It was past eleven. I had just said goodbye to Kristin, she was about to go to College, and was wondering whether or not to call my parents (or just my mum probably). I looked at the screen with the mouse over the 'call' button when Eli walked in.

I spun around thinking it was Bindi wanting me to go over her new story plots. My eyes grew wider when I saw him. It seems weird but dressed only in my pyjamas I tried to cover myself up. I rolled my eyes at myself when I realised what I was doing. I shut down the computer trying to test Eli's patience to see if I ignored him long enough he would go back next door into his own room.

I waved away Eli's upcoming conversation when Eli went to open his mouth. I didn't want to hear it. I was tired and in desperate need of some Cadbury's chocolate, not the Hersey's crap they sold here.
