The nurse walked over to your side wall and opened the curtain so the whole wall folded back. Behind the curtain was a person. They lay in a bed, wired up to several machines. You inhaled sharply and stared into the eyes that caught yours which showed recognition. He had woken up. Seven stood up suddenly. "Saeran!" He ran over to where his brother lay in his bed and hugged him tightly. Saeran made a noise that somewhat resembled laughter.

"I have so many questions." Zen sat at the end of the bed, looking bewildered and lost.

"And I'm just plain confused." Yoosung stared over his shoulder at where Seven was still hugging Saeran.

"When we moved him back here, he kept trying to crawl out of bed towards your room." The nurse explained before leaving the room.  Smiling, you stood up and walked over. "How are you feeling Saeran?" His sluggish smile reached his mint eyes, which glittered happily. You returned his smile. Seven stood up and let go of Saeran. He wiped tears from his eyes and you put your hand in his reassuringly. "You okay?" You asked him softly.

"Yeah," He smiled at you, "Just happy that Saeran's finally awake."

"I think," You gestured back to Yoosung and Zen, "They want answers."

"[Y/N]," He sighed, "You know that I'm not allowed an identity. If word gets out..."

"Yeah... but," You squeezed his hand, "You can't keep doing this. You need to stop hiding secrets from us." Letting go of his hand, you sat down on the edge of Saeran's bed. You adjusted the covers so they didn't pull too tightly around Saeran.

"Okay, I guess you're right." He turned around to tell Yoosung and Zen the story that you had heard after Saeran's surgery.

The story about how he didn't like his mother and how he learned how to hack so he could escape their mothers abuse and hopefully help Saeran as well. How he met V at his church. How he had to change his name and leave his family behind because hackers weren't allowed to have an identity. He told them that he always thought Saeran was happy, but that wasn't the case. In hushed tones, he told them about what really happened to you and Saeran. Then he told them the version he told the authorities. He made them swear to secrecy about his past and the accident.

Through the whole story, Saeran had appeared to doze on and off. He just lay down and seemed to listen intently to everything Seven said when he was awake. When Seven finished, Zen let out a low whistle. "Geez. I never thought that you had that sort of past."

"Yeah," Yoosung seemed stunned, "I don't know what to say." Awkward silence floated through the room.

"So... He's not going to jail?" Zen asked aloud.

"No way," Seven shook his head, "I'm not letting that happen."
