Your heart throbbed painfully in your chest. Seven's features were softened in sleep. They had a childish look to them. He breathed softly and seemed so innocent. Your heart yearned to reach out and touch him but you didn't want to wake him. You stayed there, fighting the urge to kiss him. Instead, you brushed his sleep disheveled hair out of his face. Seven turned over in his sleep and you pushed yourself back so you collapsed at the other end of the couch. You breathed deeply, not realising that you were holding your breath. Deciding that it would be best if you got changed out of your dress from last night, you walked to your room to put some more comfortable clothes on.
Seven stirred in the lounge room. You looked over your shoulder at him stretching. "Good morning sleepy-head!" You called as you flipped the omurice in half.
"Good morning [Y/N]." Seven yawned. He got off the couch and ran a hand through his hair. He walked over to where you were cooking. "Something smells good," he hugged you from behind, "What 'cha cooking?"
"Omurice."
"My favourite." He buried his face into your hair.
"I thought your favourite food was Honey Buddha Chips." You joked.
"But my favourite person cooks yummy omurice for me. So omurice is now my favourite."
"Thankyou." You turned your head and gave him a kiss on the forehead.
"Delicious as always [Y/N]." Seven sat back in his chair. He still wore his dress shirt and trousers, but they were crinkled.
"Thankyou." You smiled as you stood up to clear the table and wash the dishes.
"What are you doing?" Seven raised an eyebrow as you picked up his plate.
"Washing the dishes, doofus."
"Nope," Seven was out of his chair in a flash, trying to take the plates off you, "As the defender of justice, I must intervene."
"As the host, I am responsible for the cleaning," You countered, "And as a guest, you are to sit down and relax."
"I will not allow you to wash the dishes." He crossed his arms across his chest. You pushed him gently into his chair. "Seven," you sighed, "Sit down." Seven sat down hesitantly. You leaned down and kissed him softly on the mouth. "Now sit down, relax, and let me do the dishes." You turned around, taking your plates to the sink.
"I like your way of ending arguments," Seven grinned behind you, "Feel free to end all our arguments in the same manner."
"I'll keep that in mind."
