"[Y/N]? [Y/N]?" Seven waved his hand hand in front of your face.

"Yeah?" You had been staring off into the distance, sipping your lemonade.

"Were you listening to a word I said?" Seven tilted his head as he looked at you sadly.

"Uhm..." You hadn't heard anything. You'd barely slept in a week and you were half dozing off, "Not really..."

"[Y/N]," Seven sighed, "I don't know what's happening but it obviously isn't good. No offence, but you look like hell, you never talk to me anymore and I haven't seen you eat a proper meal lately."

"I'm just tired."

"I'm going to stay at your house until this is all sorted out," He told you seriously, "I'm gonna take care of you okay?" Normally if Seven said something like this, you would be ecstatic. But today you felt out of it so you just nodded blandly.

The next day, Seven came over with a suitcase of clothes. You hadn't slept at all last night. Between the stress of cleaning up the house and fear of the nightmare, you couldn't find the time to sleep. You had scrubbed your hair thoroughly and put some makeup on this morning, in hopes that Seven would think that you were feeling better because you didn't look like hell anymore. Instead, he insisted that he should stay anyway. "Just to make up for lost time." He had told you. You knew he was still worried.

Seven had insisted on buying takeaway for dinner. "I can't cook very well and you don't need anymore on your mind." He told you. So you sat across from him, munching on a piece of hawaiian pizza. Seven was right when he said you hadn't eaten a proper meal in a while. About two days ago, you had stopped cooking meals. "Pizza is bad for you, ya' know." You said, halfway through your fourth piece.

"Sometimes you need to treat yourself a little," Seven shrugged, "And you seem to be enjoying it."

"That I am." You took another bite.

"What's been wrong lately?" he asked. You sighed. "I've been behind on work is all. I've pulled a couple of all nighters to catch up." That wasn't exactly a lie. The only false part was the 'couple of nights' bit. You had hardly slept in a week.

"Do you need help? You're writing books now aren't you? I could edit it, fix up any grammar."

"Nah, I just need to send it to the publisher." You finished your pizza slice.

"Okay," Seven smiled brightly, "So you'll be feeling better soon?" You looked down, "Yeah."
