It felt like hours as we sped down road after road, my eyes soon felt tired but to worried to go to sleep. I gripped Shawn's sweater as we squished in the small car.

Diftinh from sleep to woke Shawn laughed, "you know you could go to sleep"

i weekly smiled, "no i need to stay up with you guys it's the best thing i could atlest do"

Shaking his head he rolled his eyes, "you do enough, now go to sleep"

as the world around me darkens i lay my head softly in shawns chest taking a deep breath.

"no matter what i will protect you" He whispers in my ear kissing the back of my neck.

Her breath patters relaxed me as i though of how to protect the only one i wanted.

"hey man you alright" Niall questioned as he stoked sages hair.

taking a deep breath i smile, "yeah everything's perfect.." i trailed off

"but?" Niall said making me complete the sentence i didn't want to even start.

" we have to consider the consequences that are going to happen if we really get them into this" i spat as i bite my lip. "Last thing i want is want her dead".

"listen Shawn, that girl you got there is something special, she dealt with trying to change herself for weeks without anyone finding her, she took it upon herself to find the one person you close with besides us and her." he said as he looked me coldly in the eye.

It was hard to even wrap my head around the fact she went though all that trouble just to keep me safe. And she did even though her best friend in the fact of that.

i look down at the girl who's slept peacefully on my lap, She was one of us now. And there was no turning back.
