I sat down and reached for the cup of water that was on the table but when I saw how much I was shaking I withdrew for fear I would spill it everywhere "Okay, so tell us what you did on the night of October the 31stand please leave in as much detail as possible" I took a deep breath and began my recount of that horrible memory.

"Okay, so a few days' prior my friends Lui, Brian, David, Craig, Evan and John had come down to my older brother and I's house to spend some time together in-person instead of just through skype, it was a rare occasion and we celebrated by getting drunk, playing videogames and watching movies, without having to worry about them uploading any videos to their YouTube channels we had a great time together" I took another shaky breath and calmed down a bit, they told me to continue.

"Then it was Halloween and after a few drinks it sounded like a good idea to go and play murder in the forest near our house like a bunch of kids, my stupid idea, after a few rounds it was Johnathan's turn to be the murderer and since his online persona wears a hockey mask he decided to wear one to be extra creepy, even though he was already the scariest out of all of us, especially with that laugh of his" I shook my head and tried to regain my thoughts.

"The group scattered while John counted and I ran away with Evan and Brian, after a bit of running we hid in a bush together and kept giggling like little kids" I chuckled a little thinking about it "Some time passed and we could here John walking through the woods singing the Teddy Bear Picnic song, Brian panicked and fell, snapping a branch that was on the ground near us, Evan and I yelled at Brian for giving away our position but John heard us and ripped apart the bush before grabbing Brian" I took a gulp of the water from the table.

"Evan grabbed my hand and we ran further into the forest to escape, after a lot of running we stopped for air and I leaned against a tree for support, that was when Evan... kissed me and told me he loved me while I did the same and I guess John must've seen us because the next thing I knew he had hit Evan in the head with a large branch he had found" tears started to stream down my face as the memories resurfaced.

"Evan fought back and asked why he attacked us, John said it was because Evan tried to steal me from him like I was some toy before he over powered Evan and he... he..." I was crying so hard that I couldn't keep talking without choking up, one of the officers handed me a box of tissues and thanked me for my honesty, I looked up and saw the two were wide-eyed and staring from me to each other until one of them finally spoke.

"Miss, are you sure this is what happened? Because we didn't find any branch or mask at the scene and Johnathan told us a completely different story" I looked at them determined "It's the truth!" they nodded and said I could leave, I stood and left the room and headed for the bathroom to wash up before going back to the others.
