Cloe's POV
Hours had passed and the bell finally freed my chest from the heavy feeling it had on it the last lessons. The teacher was writing down something on the board and the first students began to pack their stuff together.
Even though I've waited for hours to storm out of here when the bell rang I couldn't get up. Now that it's within reach I had to face what I was carving to see.
Yoongi.
I felt sick of the idea getting up and go out, go out there knowing what's expecting me. The whole class had already left to the next lesson when I was still stuck on my chair.
As I remembered that Jungkook was waiting for me, I jumped off to collect my things and hurried out of the classroom.
Approaching Jungkook in the hallways, I already saw him tapping his feet impatiently.
"You're late, come on now."
He headed for the exit before I could answer.
"Since we don't have much time I suggest we run there if you want to talk to him more than five minutes, I guess pulling him out of bed will take not less than ten minutes."
Once again I winced at the bitter habit of Jungkook, finding the process to drag a drunken body out of bed as usual business.
"Let's run then."
—
My head was pulsing badly and I had struggles to breathe properly.
"Already tired?"
Glaring up, I watched Jungkook leaning against the wall of the building in which the dorm was located, a cocky smile placed on his face.
"Shut up."
I mumbled before pointing towards the entrance and Jungkook fished his keys out.
Silence fell upon us as we stood in the elevator.
"Are you nervous?"
Looking up into my reflection in the big mirror I saw Jungkook glancing at me with a concerned look.
"No."
But something in me betrayed me.
"You don't have to be. He's usually calm after sleeping."
I raised a brow at his words and crossed my arms before facing the soon to be opening door.
"Of course you know, you watch this process on a daily basis, don't you."
I mumbled the last part and shortly after followed Jungkook out of the elevator to reach the door of the boys' apartment.
Jungkook once more pulled his keys out before opening the door with hesitation.
"Hyungs gonna kill me."
Sighing he finally opened the door as we entered. The first thing I saw was a complete mess.
Flatware, cloths, bottles and sheets of paper were lying all over the place.
"Sorry, hadn't quite the time to clean up."
Jungkook mumbled as he looked around.
"Where's he?"
I decided not to dwell on the alarming sight and walked after Jungkook who gave me a sign to follow him.
He stopped in the small hallway and pointed at the second door on the right. After he signaled me to go, I took my first steps to the door.
Hesitantly I placed my hand on the cold doorknob. A few thoughts of doubts shot through my head before I decided to relay on my anger for the blond male for lying to me all this time.
