Cloe's POV

"I know what caused all this."

The words escaped my mouth quicker than I could think properly. I wished so badly I was wrong about the cause of all of this.

"You know it?"

Namjoon emphasized the word 'know' since he was surprised that I was so sure about my theory. 

Please let me be wrong, please don't let this all be my fault, again.

"What do you mean?"

Jimin now questioned, impatience dripping from his voice.

My mind replayed the scene, two days ago. It was something I thought I'd managed to forget.

"Cloe?"

Hoseok, who was now standing behind me, tapped my shoulder.

"I-I.."

I tripped over my words, still not sure how to say the following.

"Just spill it already.. Do you know something that we don't?"

Jimin stood up with a concerned expression on his face.

"Don't pressure her like that, Jimin."

I felt Hoseok's calming proximity behind me. Jimin loves Jungkook like a brother, I'd react just like him in such a situation. All of them deserved to know. 

Why am I even hesitating?

"It's alright."

I spoke up and finally lifted my gaze up from the ground to look at Jungkook who seemed like everything was too hard to understand for him.

"The day when.."

How do I describe it?

"Is everything alright with you?"

Hoseok went from behind to stand next to me, giving me a worried look. I just nodded, I need to say this already.

"The day when Jake died-"

The boys looked at me a bit confused as to why I would bring up this topic all of sudden.

"Before he.. you know. There was this.. misunderstanding with him that Jungkook told you about when Namjoon and I were still at the police station."

I hesitated a bit at the memory of Jungkook telling the others about that day.

"When Jungkook wanted to help me he.."

How do I say this?

"Jake punched him and kicked him against a wall."

A slightly surprised expression replaced the worried one on the boys' faces. How I expected, Jungkook skipped that part when he told them the story.

"He kicked him hard."

I added, knowing I had their full attention judged by their scared faces.

"So hard that Jungkook passed out for some seconds."

I could see Seokjin's eyes widen but I continued.

"His nose was bleeding and later when we were sitting on a bench he held his head in pain."

I was saying all these things but I truly realized them just now. 

How couldn't I recognize all the signals? I'm not a doctor but he passed out and afterwards he held his head in pain, how dumb am I?
