Cloe's POV

I woke up to darkness as a loud noise woke me up from my slumber. My torso shot up and a frown found its way on my face as I couldn't figure out where I was.

Panic was about to rise up in my chest when a familiar scent reached my nose. I let myself fell back into bed, just to wrap me further into the blanket in frustration. Drowned in Yoongi's fragrance, my memory slowly crept back into every bit of my mind.

The past eight hours played like a short film in front of my eyes until the point I fell asleep crying. Everything else was just blurred out.

Even sadder, I rolled on myself around the bed to bury my face into the pillow. A mix of Yoongi's scent and his fragrance covered the bed. I inhaled the scent like it was oxygen I couldn't live without.

After a few minutes of self pity, I rose my head to scan the room I was lying in, which wasn't easy since only the moon provided a bit of light in here.

Guess I had a long nap.

The closet caught my eye. An empty one. No clothes or stuff was to be seen. Only a few empty bottles.

However, I wasn't given the time to get all mad and emotional again when another loud voice erupted from outside.

"Joon! Could you please just once not break everything you touch? Especially not my good plates!"

"God of destruction did it again!"

"Guys, you're gonna wake Cloe up."

And just before a chuckle could make its way past my lips, realization hit me and made my eyes grew wide.

I was not really sure how the boys would react to Jungkook exposing Yoongi's state to me, not to mention that he let me into the dorm while he was hungover and apparently dangerous.

"What's the matter with waking her up? She already slept more than 6 hours, she's even worse than Yoongs."

The mention of Yoongi's name alone made me stop in my move to put my shoes back on.

I don't remember taking my shoes off?

I shook the upcoming pain in my chest off and tied my shoes, not really keen on a confrontation with the other boys yet.

I am not ready for this talk.

I panicked as I heard footsteps nearing the door. Afraid of the thought someone would be coming in, I threw my last bit of sanity away and ran to the window. Opening the glassy obstacle, I looked down to check my possibilities. Dark, eighth level, fire stairs.

Jackpot.

Only one problem: The stairs started at another window.

I leaned back thinking for a moment about my options. Facing the guys and talk about things I definitely don't want to talk about or trying to escape with the risk ending as a pancake on the ground.

Well, I wouldn't be bothered anymore and pancake sounds good, so whatever.

I took my first step as I positioned my body on the slim window board. My legs were shaking as I tried to move them step by step towards the fire stairs. With every step further from the room, the lighting lessened.

Arriving at the end of the bench I had to make one big last step to the stairs. There was a four feet large gap. I'm five feet tall.

Is that even possible?-Fuck it.

Taking a deep breath, I lifted my right leg in the air. Slowly my limb approached the stairs on the other side as I was facing the dark under me.

Before I could think about it my foot landed on something hard, providing something to lean on.
