Author POV

The newly red dyed male headed downstairs, grabbing some of the cash lying on the kitchen counter before returning to grab some more bills, knowing his old friend very well as he assumed that the brown haired girl ordered more food than they would be able to eat.

He opened the door, revealing a figure which had no resemblance with a typical delivery guy at all. Noticing the brown haired male didn't even wear any kind of uniform, he quickly figured out that across of him was standing of of those bangtan guys Cloe recently liked to spend her time with.

Jake was certain of his theory since his eyes did a good job on following his old friends figure around the school building and on top of that he didn't see any other reason for a boy to appear in front of Cloe's door at this time.

„Pizza?"

The slightly taller boy asked out, fully aware of who Jungkook was but still wouldn't let him know he was.

The other seemed rather confused as he just blankly stared at the red haired guy. Jake took this time to scan Jungkook from head to toe.

Brown hair, tall but not taller than me, brown eyes.

Nothing special about him.

A slight feeling of satisfaction filled the taller male's body, concluding he was better than the guy in front of him. His satisfaction only rose as the said male turned around flustered, mumbling something like ‚sorry wrong door' before quickly disappearing.

Jake was quite glad that he hadn't to chase the visitor away, he wouldn't have minded either way, but still concern crept into the corners of his brain as he questioned what the male would want at Cloe's house this late.

„Everything ok down there?"

However the voice of the house owner pulled him back to reality, finding her voice beautifully soft, it calmed him almost in an instant.

„Just fine!"

Happily he jumped up the few stairs, back up to her room, leaning against the door frame as he watched her lying on the bed, playing with the end of her hair.

Seeing this, Jake remembered the times when the girl would desperately buy every hair product available to remove the golden curls forming at the end of her dark brown hair that the boy considerated as oh so pretty. At the same time he began wondering if she still had the moles on her skin he used to count in their childhood days just for fun.

Without knowing he started to list all over again all of the oh so little details about the girl's appearance that he had missed over the last time.

The way she bites her lip when she's nervous, the slowly fading scar under her right eye which would always turn into a curve, resembling a smile when she was giggling. He also loved the look she was giving him when she told him to shut up just a few moments ago.

„Why are you staring at me?"

However the male was too distracted to count the moles on the girl's body to hear her speaking up.

„Hmm."

A hum was all his lips left as he struggled to count due the dim lights that were the only source of illuminating the room.

„Just sit down, pabo."

Jake stumbled his way to the coach, a bit embarrassed since he had no clue what the girl was saying earlier.

„Where's my pizza?"

The red dyed male could feel his heart swell at the girl's whining voice.
