Waiting can make time slow to a crawl.
And when you finally get what you're waiting for, time can pass as swift as rainfall.
Waiting can make you patient
While making you just as impatient.
It is a trial old as Greeks are ancient.
It makes what you want so much sweeter.
It puts it in perspective as well. Makes you think 'is this worth it before I meet the Reaper?'
Waiting. It means to stay until something makes you move.
Until something shocks you from your standstill.
