The air was tense as Alice stared at Haizaki blankly while the male have a devil grin on his face, the two know each others because she was the only girl that was presistent enough to make him go to practice just like how the formoer captain Nijimura will use force at him.
"Heh, you look like a friggin trash now, the hell did your spirit go? Did some fuckers suck it dry for you?"
The male laughed after he questioned Alice but only to have a ball thrown to him and he easily catched the ball, Kagami carried Alice bridal style since Himuro was hurt just right at his stomach enough for the two to know that he can't carry alive in such state. Kagami hid Alice's face at the crook of his neck as he glare at the blonde and the braided raven hair infront of him
"Kagami-kun...I want to go away from here..."
Alice whispered as the blonde told the group to back off and let him finish the mess with the next match that made the group agreed, the braided male laft as soon as things calmed down as he smirked for the last time after looking at Alice. The group disperse as soon as the male disapeared while Kagami was uncertain at Alice's condition since her grip at his jersey was rather strong followed by warm tears that wet his jersey, Kise ran back to the court while Alice was left with Himuro and Alex that watched the match near the entrace at the back.
"Alice? What's wrong?"
Alex asked as the snow hair only held her neck in pain but only to smile that make the two worried at her condition, Himuro could notice a hint of blood on her neck that made him froze.
'What reason does she have to go this far just for her last moments? Is it because of someome?'
Himuro wondered only to follow Alice's sad stare at a certain blonde that made him relise but he decide to close his mouth since he notice that the ginger hair manager was looking at the 3 with a shocked expression
"Alex... medicine, please..."
Alice gasped as Alex give her medicine and some water to help her drink the medicine, Alice soon became a little better at the 2nd half but not good enough to stay anylonger than she is now.
"Should we go back to the hospital?"
"No! Not now-*cough cough*"
Alice begged only to cough while her asthma starts to react at the violent coughs she made
"Calm down... its okay I wont bring you back until the match ends"
Alex said trying her best to calm down the poor girl even if she have to use force to bring her back to the hospital for her safety.

The match ends in a flash which Kaijo won while Alice loose her concousness not long after the match ends which chaught Kise's attention when he look at the crowd and notice an unconcous snow hair that made him dash to the scene but only too late to make it when he saw Alice was carried into an ambulance and drove away just when he was about to reach her
"Ryouta-kun...?"
Reina's voice was a cold tsunami that hit his senses back to reality and for the first time he regretted for what he asked
"Reinacchi... do you know w-what happened to S-Sonohara-san..?
Reina froze at the blonde's question but she kept her poker face to hid the truth from the male
"What do you mean? Didn't you told me to not go closer to her again? Ryouta-kun is something wrong?"
Reina asked only to make Kise looked at her in pain as if he saw the fear that Reina tried to hide
"Sorry... I thought I saw Sonohara being carried away by an ambulance"
The guilt that Reina held seem to swallow her whole body like a snake swallowed it's prey whole, the cold winter and the guilt was like an arctic that the poor ginger held in her small heart and like a river flow she lied to her boyfriend
"You must've mistook another person as Sonohara-san, lets go back inside or Kasamatsu senpai will kick you again"
"Reinacchi thats mean-ssu!"
The blonde whinned as he followed his girlfriend back to the changing room and just like what the ginger said the blonde got a harsh kick from his captain who was dead angry at his actions. Meanwhile Midorima and the others rushed to the hospital after knowing Alice's sudden change of health
"Dad! How is she?!"
Midorima asked as he thightly grabbed his father's collar as if he was asking for his dear life
"She's okay for now but... the bad news is..... she might not be able to live longer than month and a half or maybe shorter than that"
The news was too much of a shock to the group and it was too much for Midorima to keep his calm about the situation, the green haired male left the hospital to the nearby basketball court until a familiar brunette came rushing to the hospital which was his manager and Alice's cousin Sonohara Shizuku
Shizuku's pov
Al-chan... what happened? Why are you getting more and more weak? Don't you know that it hurts Midorima-kun? Don't you know that everything you do is unfair?
Please... just for once stop making him worry all over you, because it also hurts me when I see him like this...
"Al-chan!"
I shouted as I opened the hospital room and immedeatly I felt thousands of cold knives pierced themselves to my body, the horor sight was like my worst nightmare had come to haunt me. Many machines stood beside her bed as if it held her dear life while my cousin slept on the bed peacefully not knowing what had happened to her, a light tap from one of her friends was enough to made my body gave up
"W-why... w-why d-did this happen?... why does it have to be her?... i-its not f-fair...!"
I muttered as tears wet my cheeks while a soft embrace was enough to soothe these anger, sadness and jealousy of mine.
'Why can't you just choose me... Midorima-kun...?'
