Kise was shocked when Reina suddenly called him late at night which he fear that the ginger hair wanted to break up with him, Reina was at a park quite far from the hospital Alice was in by foot. Kise panted as he dashed to the park Reina was in
"Reinacchi what's wrong-ssu?!"
Kise shouted since the park was empty except of Reina who was crying on a swing
"Ryouta... please go to see her!..."
Kise was taken a back when Reina suddenly force him to see someone while she was hitting his chest with trembling hands, Reina got a message from Alice's butler Ryuuichi.
"Wait Reinacchi ehat do you mean by go to see her-ssu?"
Kise asked only to make his girlfriends kcried as she kneeled down to the ground while Kise tried to calm her down
"She wanted you to hate her... she wanted to keep your smile... she was the one to bring us together... she wished for our happiness while she suffer... such selfish wishes can onlybe granted in fairy tail..."
Reina sobbed while Kise tried to understand what the ginger was trhing to say
"She hid the truth from you... Ryouta... please go see Alice... forgive her actions... please..."
"What do you mean-ssu? Why should I go see Sonohara when you're like this-ssu?!"
"BECAUSE SHE'S THE ONE WHO BROUGHT US TOGETHER! BECAUSE SHE WANTED YOU TO HATE HER!... because... because she love you that she want you to be happy!!.. its so unfair... I tried to show you her love but you mistook it and told her to never see us again..."
Reina said while tears left her eyes puffy and slightly red while Kise froze at the confession
"What do you mean-ssu?"
"Alice... planned everything just to keep your smile... she let herself suffer more than you think she was... and now... she's dying so... please go to see her...!!"
Reina pleaded as Kise felt his heart dropped, memories about his cruel words and how he punched Alice became fresh as it start to haunt him slowly befor he ran to the hospital she was in after Reina told him everything and even her room number and floor.

Kise panted as he slammed the door open only to loose the last chance to apologize to the snow hair and in a second he felt himself roughly pushed to the wall by Aomine who was crying
"The fuck are you doing?! Kise you bastard!"
"Dai-chan stop it!"
"Aomine!"
The others shouted at the navy haired male was pulled away by Murasakibara while Kise slowly walked to Alice who already left, tears flooed his golden orbs at the sight of the snow hair can no longer speak or open her eyes.
"Kise don't you dare to cry, or do you want her to suffer more than she already had because of you"
Midorima growled as Kise wipe his tears, just when he recahed out his hand he fear to touch her cold pale white body, he just relised that the girl infront of him was far different from the last time he saw her yet he forced a smile as he look af her lifeless figure
"Lisacchi...I'm sorry... please forgive me-ssu, I heard everything from Reinacchi.... but to think that you care so much for me made me feel like jerk to make you suffer so much... so goodnight and have sweet dreams-ssu..."
Kise said before he left with the others crying his heart out for the whole night
...1 year later
Ryuuichi gave Kise a letter that was left for him by Alice only to cry after reading the letter
Dear Ryou,
If you were to read this letter then I know I'm no longer in this world but I doubt I can say things that I've always wanted to say to you, even for a second I always wanted to see that smile of yours because that smile led me to the beautiful world I experienced with you. I've spent too long living under the same sky yet I wished to live longer and stay by your side even if its just a second because I know you'd hate me for hurting Reina and other cruel things that I've did and I know my lust for you are what people called love. I'm happy by just looking at your smile so please smile like you always do and don't cry because I'll be watching you from above forever until you came here
