A silver haired girl sighed as she knew her health was getting worse each day but nothenless she doesn't care knowing about such crucial matter and ignored it, as a normal 7 years old child she also wanted to play like a normal child but her parents never once allowed her to. She sat on the garden that was filled with flowers quite far from her house but still on her parent's eyes since her family expand their land until it was spacious enough to let her roam free.
"Young lady Alice please refrain yourself from playing in the garden!"
"...but I'm bored to just stay at my room, atleast let me roam free in the garden with Hellinoir"
The girl pouted as she hug her pet dog that was almost at the same height as her making her butler Ryuichi to sigh in defeat knowing that his young lady wont listen to him unless she thoughy it was nesscessary.
"But please refrain from exhaust yourself since the master will not be happy to know that you exhaust yourself more than enough"
"I know so Ryuichi-san lets play for a while"
The child said making the butler smiled slightly at how cheerful she is despise her health almost making the man forgot that she have a brain tumor, asthma and a weak heart.
...
"Midorima-san.... welcome.... sorry to make.... you come... despise it was... your holi... day..."
The girl said as she beeathed heavily while an unpleasantly painful cough escape her lips making the doctor panicked at her worse condition, soon the girl's condition became better once the doctor inject a medicine and a painkiller to her small body as he also teach his son and the girl in the process
"Pardon my rude behaviour, this is my son Shintaro and Shintaro, this is my patient Sonohara Alice"
The doctor said as she smiled at the boy who seem to be at the same age with her
"How's your body? Are you alright now?"
"I'm alright, thank you for worrying about me Midori-kun and thank you Midorima-san for taking care of me"
"No, its my pleasure to take care of you and please do not mind about my personal life"
"But... I do feel sory to make you spend your time with me despise you do seem to have a plan with your son"
"Its alright, you worry others too much but why can't you worry about your health more because it seems you did not rest properly"
"No, I sleep like I used to but I do admit lately I tend to spend more time with Hellinoir"
The girl said making the doctor sigh at her response despise he know that she loved animals more than her life and care more about her surroundings than her health but he still do admit that she should take care of herself more since her parents seem to worry about her so much.
"You should take care of yourself more, i-its not like I'm worried about you or anything-"
"Its okay but... I dont want to, even if I take care of myself a weak heart like mine can easily stop at anytime despise I take care of myself so its better if I had fun until the end since I do not know where my time will stop"
"You're so stupid"
The boy said making Alice chuckle at his unique character and at the sametime she made the boy blushed at her gentle smile without her notice

A few months passed after Alice and Shintaro met and slowly Shintaro start to develope feelings to the girl but uncertain with it because he thought of her as a special friend like a child would. Alice stared at the garden through the window as her eyes was filled with loneliness and a hint of sadness until a knock was heard
"Young lady Alice, master Shintaro has come with his friend called Akashi Seijuuro"
"Let them in, I do not mind with their company"
"Yes my lady"
Ryuichi said and not long after 2 boys came in her room as she greet them with a smile hiding trying to hid her sadness with her usual smile
"Midori-kun how was your school?"
"Nothing special and Sonohara, this is Akashi Seijuro he's a friend of mine"
"Nice to meet you Sonohara-san, my name is Akashi Seijuro"
"The pleasure is all mine Akashi-kun and I've heard so much about you from Midori-kun"
Alice chuckled as the green head blushed and protest at her making the red hair laugh at the two before he notice her different eye colour that held a hint of loneliness.
"Sonohara did you drink your medicine that dad gave you yesterday?"
"I did and I feel surprisingly healthy after drinking the medicine"
Alice said before a light cough escaped her mouth making the two instantly worried about her and once her cough was getting worse Akashi couldn't help but to call her butler, moments later Alice fell asleep due to her fatigue and her sudden asthma.
"Master Midorima and Master Akashi please calm down, young lady Alice will be alright it was an asthma attack and her heart sudden weaken"
"Ryuichi-san I want to ask why did her parents lock her in her room with so many bodyguards infront of her room?"
Ryuichi seem to be taken aback at how sharp Akashi was despise he was still 7 and looked away from the two
"Last night young lady was almost got attacked by a guest and her health suddenly dropped because of the shock the man gave to her"
"A guest? But I heard Sonohara was only introduced with some of her father's most trusted businessman?!"
"Apparantly she is and the man who attack her was someone whose company became bankrupt because of her father's company was rising in a high rate"
Ryuichi explained as Midorima and Akashi looked down in sadness before they bid goodbye to the butler who prepared a car to take the two back to their home

Alice sobbed as she stood above her dog's grave alone, she sobbed until a blonde sneakily came to the graden through the hole startling her in the process.
"Sssshhhh! Don't scream, okay?!"
The blonde whispered as he cover Alice's mouth with his small hand and nodded knowing that the boy infront of her has no ittention of hurting her
"What are you doing here?"
"N-nothing... my d-dog died..."
"I'm sorry to hear that but you should cheer up or your dog wont be happy to see you crying at it"
The blonde said with a wide grin making Alice slightly smiled at his possitive actions
"My name is Kise Ryouta, call me Ryouta if you want"
"My name is Sonohara Alice and its nice to meet You Ryou-chan"
