Si Han-Eul ay isang napaka-bihasang doktor. Trauma, mga lason at iba pang sakit ay kanyang napagaling sa marami pang dekada. Walang sakit na hindi maaaring gamutin ni Han-Eul. Ang kanyang panggagamot ay tunay na kahanga-hanga. Mabisang paralisis sa pangpamanhid ng isang pasyente, isang paghiwa ay ginawa at mga laman-loob kanyang nagamot.
Sa parehong panahon, si Haring Jojo ay nasa kalagitnaan ng pananakop ng mga bansa. Siya ay nakakaranas ng matinding sakit kabilang na dito ang pananakit ng ulo. Si Han-eul ay madali siyang napagaling sa pamamagitan lamang ng mga karayom(acupuncture). Sa kanyang pagkamangha, binalak ni Jojo na gawing personal na manggagamot si Han-eul. Pero tumakas si Han-eul.
"Hindi ko gustong maging manggagamot ng iisang tao, Jojo" - Han-eul
Dahil sa pagiging desperado, sinimulang habulin at hanapin ni Jojo si Han-eul.
