"Where are we going Luke?" she asked.
"You'll see."
We arrived at a canyon. It was a beautiful place that few people know about. You could see the whole of Lawndale from up here. She was already standing at the edge of the cliff. I went to her and pulled her back a bit.
"You should not be standing that close to the edge," I whispered in her ear.
She had her eyes closed. I was worried, for a second there I swear she was going to jump.
~Pasha's POV~
I was thinking that this is the perfect place to jump from. I could end it all and meet Reid. I had my eyes closed. I saw Reid. He was smiling at me. He was telling me something but he was too far away so I started walking closer to the edge with my eyes still closed. I stopped when Reid was close enough. I could feel him hugging me, having me close to his chest. I couldn’t hear his heartbeat because there was none.
'Sweetheart. It is so good to see you again. You are such a beautiful person with an even more beautiful soul. Please make me a promise Pasha. Take care of yourself love. Live on for me. I know that you love me but you need to move on from me. I want you to be happy Pasha. Stop beating yourself up over me. I love you Pasha. I was a chapter in your book but my chapter has ended. It is time for you to start a new chapter. Do it for me ok Pasha? Do it for yourself.'
He released me from his embrace and started going faraway again. He looked at me and at something behind me and nodded. He was getting even further away. He smiled at me and said, 'You should not be standing that close to the edge.' He mouthed I love you and winked at me one last time before disappearing.
I felt something pulling me back. I turned around and was face to face with Luke. I didn’t realise that I was already crying. I stepped away from Luke, pulled the ring off my finger and turned to face the valley. I was about to throw the ring into the abyss when something stopped me. It was Luke.
"Don't do that. Believe me. I want you to move away from this grief but I think you should keep the ring. It is a part of Reid and trust me, you would want to keep it," Luke said as he took the ring from me.
We stayed there, sat side by side and watched the sun set. I drifted to sleep while waiting for the sun to set. I woke up screaming and with tears in my eyes, I had a cold sweat all over me.
"Pasha! It's alright. I am here. I am here." Luke hugged me tight. He was crying along with me.
After sitting there for another ten minutes, he carried me into the car and drove home.
Luke's POV
I picked up a pizza on the way home. She was sleeping in the car. She must be catching up on all the sleep that she has lost, what with all the crying and the nightmares. I have never seen her in such a vulnerable state. She seemed so terrified. I couldn’t help myself but to cry. It was breaking my heart seeing her like this. At the same time, I am glad that she seemed to have gotten over the hold. The hold that has had her in such a depressed state. I still had the ring in my pocket. I am unclear what happened back in the canyon. The moment she opened her eyes, she took off her ring and wanted to get rid of it. My curiosity is killing me but I know better than to push her for an answer.

They got home at about 8. He carried her into the house. Laid her down on her bed gently. She stirred a bit but found a comfortable position and went back to deep slumber. Luke went back to the car and took in all the bags of shopping into Liam's room. Liam had cleared a section in the wardrobe for Luke before he left. Luke was cutting off the tags and hanging his new clothes when there was a piercing shriek coming from Pasha's room.
