I don't want her near my man

Two weeks later.....

Mackenzie's POV:

Tomorrow is mine and Colby's one year anniversary. I was really excited. I couldn't wait to see what the day would hold. I was just getting the last of Colby's present finished. 

"And finished." I said as I put the glue stick I was holding down. 

I made a collage of both Colby and I. I found lots of pictures of us but I left a gap in the middle, saving the space for a special photo. I didn't know what that photo would be but it would be the most precious photo out of all of them.

Colby's POV: 

I just finished wiping the diamond ring I bought for Mackenzie. It had to look spic and span for tomorrow. Tomorrow was the day that would decide the rest of our future. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. I was freaking out on the inside. 

What if Mackenzie wasn't ready for marriage?? What if she didn't even want to get married?? Am I rushing into things?? Am I being too impulsive or possessive?? We've only been dating for a year. But I know that I want to spend the rest of my life with her.

Monday Night Raw

Mackenzie's POV:

Joe, Jon, Colby and I all arrived at the arena for Raw. I left the boys and went over to the girls locker room. I would've gone to the Shield locker room but I hadn't seen my girls in ages.

"Hey guys." I said as I walked in.

"Hey." they all replied.

I got changed into my gear and left the locker room, looking for my boys. As I turned the corner, I could hear two familiar voices. I stopped when I saw Colby with Summer Rae. I was about to beat the shit out of her but I decided to hide behind some crates and see what happens.

"What do you want Summer??" Colby asked. 

"What do you think I want?? I want you." 

After the beating I gave her, she still doesn't get that I don't want her near my man. 

"Well, I already have a beautiful, smart and amazing girlfriend unlike you. How many guys have you gone out with anyways??"

"Well, I know for a fact that you will be the last one because we'll spend the rest of our lives together."

"That's never going to happen."

Summer seemed to be standing way to close to Colby, their bodies almost touching. I clenched my hands into fists, trying to control my anger.

"Can you maybe step away from me?? You're kinda invading my personal space bubble." Colby said. 

"So I can't be near you but that Mackenzie can??"

"Yes, because she's my girlfriend. You really are dumb, aren't you??"

"I am not. But think about it. The two of us together in bed, without Mackenzie. Imagine how much fun that would be."

"So that's why you're running after me?? You wanna get in my pants??"

"No, I want more than that. I want you to love me."

"You can't make me change who I love. I love Mackenzie, and that will never change." Colby said, making me smile.

"Maybe I can make that change."

"There's no way you can make th-" Colby was interrupted by Summer placing her lips on his. 

That was the final straw. I jumped from behind the crates and tackled her to the ground. I let out all my anger on her, punching her face repeatedly. I felt a pair of arms around me and pull me away. 

"Colby, let me go!! I'm gonna give her a piece of my mind!!" I yelled.  

"We don't need you getting fired because of a backstage brawl." he said.

I looked at Summer who was knocked out on the floor. 

"Listen babe, I didn't kiss Summer back. I swear. You know I only love you."

"I know. I saw what happened. And I trust you. I know you wouldn't be unfaithful. What you said about me was really sweet."

"I meant every word Mackenzie."

"Awww, you're so cute Love."

"Only for you."

I cupped his face, smashing my lips on his. I knew Colby was the right guy for me. No matter what happened to us, we always stuck together and never betrayed one another.

"Aww, you guys are cute." we heard as we pulled away and saw Joe and Jon.

"Why is Summer knocked out on the floor??" Jon asked. 

"Long story." I said. 

"Anyways, you guys must be excited for tomorrow." Joe said.

"Yeah. I can't wait." Colby said, squeezing my hand.

"Me too. I can't believe it's already been a year." I said. 

"Well, we should get going. Joe and I have match and you and Jon are at ringside." Colby said.

"Yeah."

We all left, leaving Summer still knocked out on the floor.
