Josh and Tyler arrived to Josh's apartment shivering from the cold air outside. Josh was nervous about dying his hair pink. What if Tyler didn't like it? What if everyone hated it? Thoughts like these were the only ones running through his mind until Tyler interrupted them, which calmed Joshua.

"Eeeeeee, you're going to look so great." Tyler squealed, overly excited about dying someone else's hair.

"What if I don't, Ty?" Josh's tone when saying this hurt Tyler's heart. Tyler didn't think Josh would care when Tyler chose pink.

"You always look great, Joshua." Tyler put his arm around Josh's shoulder as the two boys walked down the hallway of the apartment, and into the bathroom. Tyler flashed Josh a smile, which honestly calmed Josh down almost completely.

Josh sat on the toilet and Tyler sat on the edge of the bathtub, which was right next to the toilet. Tyler watched Josh rip open the hair dye packaging, and pull out some gloves. Josh reached the gloves to Tyler. Did he think I was going to dye his hair? tyler thought to himself.

"Oh-uh I c-can't, Joshua." Tyler struggled through the sentence, nervous now.

"I'm only kidding, love. You can help, though. Make sure I don't miss any spots. I have to bleach my hair first."

Tyler nodded, and continued to watch Josh prepare. He admired Josh's serious face as he worked through the process. The way Joshua completely zoned out when reading the instructions dazzled Tyler, because his eyebrows bent slowly towards each other. If he wasn't reading something, Tyler would assume Josh was angry from his facial expression.

When Josh had finally gotten the color mixed, gloves put on, and everything set; he began placing the bleach on his head. Tyler was suddenly worrying. Didn't bleach burn? It was touching his scalp.

"Joshua does this hurt?" Tyler's tone was worried. It made Josh chuckle that Tyler knew absolutely nothing about dying hair.

"If I do it right, it shouldn't hurt at all. No worries." Josh smiled towards Tyler, and it tore Tyler's heart apart. Josh was so at peace doing this, and Tyler was completely on edge. He wasn't even the one with the bleach on his head.

Once Josh got the bleach evenly spread throughout his floppy Mohawk, he sat back on the toilet. Tyler grinned at Joshua. Josh looked adorable with his hair completely coated. Silly.

"What's making you so happy." Josh smiled at Tyler now.

"The fact I get to die some day. I'm just kidding! You are making me happy." In the middle of the sentence, Josh's face went grave. Tyler was only joking. Sort of.

"You make me happy too." Josh enveloped Tyler onto his lap now. Josh wrapped his arms around Tyler, and Tyler rested his head on Josh's shoulder. They rested there at peace. Their biggest worry being Josh's hair coming out right. Nothing else seemed to matter.

"How about we go watch a movie?" Josh asked after a few minutes of comfortable silence.

"Sure!" Tyler jumped out of Josh's arms and quickly rushed down the hallway to the living room area.

Josh chuckled, and walked out to find Tyler bent over looking at the movies inside the TV stand. Giving Josh a clear few of Tyler's back side. He ignored it, because if he stared longer he could be classified as a perv.
