Chapter 12

YOUNGJAE'S POV

I don't know what's gotten into me. I do have a lot of things to do. When I say a lot I really mean it. Like I need to pass my requirements for college application, I need to submit the teachers' requisites for me to pass though I'm glad that they're not demanding.

I've finished everything I need to do during my rest day last Wednesday so that I will be free this Saturday. You must have been wondering why I keep on pestering Mina, teasing her like we have known each other for so long. To be honest, I also don't know. I just like spending time with her. I feel ecstatic whenever I see her annoyed face. The way her eyebrows scrunched together and the way her lips pout. I like seeing that side of her because she was always smiling to the other people.

I rang the doorbell of Mina's condo unit. I asked her about her place. At first, she doesn't want to give it saying that we should just meet up somewhere but I insisted. The original plan is that I'm going to pick her up and talk about the plan but that was the original plan until Jackson, Dahyun and Chaeyoung heard of it and the asked if they can come.

"Wow, I now truly believe it when Chaengie said that Mina is a rich kid." Jackson said as he remembered Chaeyoung saying that Mina has her own condo unit.

"Tch, says someone who has their mansion in HongKong." I teased Jackson, while quickly dodging his headlock attack. I need to save my life; this guy's arm is no joke.

"Enough you two! It's still early in the morning, you'll wake up her neighbors." Dahyunie said as he pulled Jackson by his shirt.

Chaeyoung on the other hand, rang the doorbell nonstop. She looks like a kid who's running out of patience while waiting for someone to give her a treat. In short, she looks cute.

"Hey, Chaengie, are you sure it's okay to ring her doorbell that many times?" I asked her because what if Mina is already preparing? Wouldn't she be worried that there is someone playing with her doorbell? To think that her place is highly guarded?

"Trust me oppa. She's still asleep by this time. And this sound? It's no big deal, she's a very heavy sleeper." She just answered me while she continued pressing the doorbell.

"Wha-" all of us looked up we heard someone open the door, revealing Mina. In her cute pajamas and penguin slippers wrapped in her blanket.

"Oh my gosh, Minaring~ you look so cute!" Dahyun squealed as she tackled Mina in a big hug. Exactly my thought. She looked so elegant when she's in her uniform but today she looked so innocent.

MINA'S POV

Ugh! It's a weekend! And it's too early! Who in their right mind would wake up this early during a rest day? I ignored the sound of the doorbell and decided to just continue with my sleep. I bet they will stop when I just ignore them. Or so I thought.

I groaned as I struggle to stand from my bed. I pulled my blanket with me because I feel so cold. Who wouldn't? It's just 8 in the morning.

"Wha-" If I was half asleep before opening my door, now I can feel all my sleepiness suddenly go away. I'm fully awake now.

"Oh my gosh, Minaring~ you look so cute!" I was shocked when Dahyun gave me a hug. A big hug I'm telling you.

I let them enter my unit while I kindly asked them to wait for me.

"I told you Youngjae oppa, she would probably still be in her dreamland if we didn't play with her doorbell." Chaeyoung said as she made herself comfortable with the sofa.

"Yah, so it's you! You could've just rang it once and just wait for me!" I told her as I playfully threw a pillow at her.

"Tch, as if you're already awake by that time! Hahaha, just go and take a bath, you stink." She teased me before she turned and head to where Jackson and Dahyun went. Meanwhile, Youngjae just gave me little smile.
