Chapter 28

MINA’S POV

“Hello there, pretty girl!” Someone greeted me and I don’t need to look for me to know the owner of that voice.

“H-hi, sunshine!” I greeted back with maybe a little enthusiastic than usual. How did I say so? Youngjae looks flustered.

“PRETTY GIRL?! SUNSHINE?!” Oh great! It’s still too early for the teasing.

We were occupying a space near the entrance of the auditorium. I guess it’s still too early for the flag ceremony ‘cause only few students are here.

“Waaaait! So you guys just had a date last Saturday and now you have all these cheesy endearments?” Jackson exaggeratedly asked. I can’t help but laugh at his facial expression.

“Yah! Why do you care anyways? It’s their endearment not yours.” Dahyun countered while smacking Jackson. Aigoo this two, really.

“Yah, yah. You two, stop it. It’s too early for your noise.” Youngjae interrupted the two of them and he looks so cute while doing so.

“Why are you three even here?” Chaeng asked.

“Ohh, Chaengie, you’re here.” I almost forgot about her. Hehe

She just glared at me before glaring at the two who’s still bickering. Aigoo, my best friend can be cute if she wanted to.

A loud noise was heard along the auditorium that made the students focus on whomever was it standing on the stage.

“All students line up.” Someone said over the microphone and I don’t know who he is. I’m blaming all these tall guys in front of me.

Grunts and groans of protest where heard when the announcement was made. Jackson and Youngjae where one of them. Well, it’s because the flag ceremony is starting earlier than usual.

“Everybody quiet!” The principal hissed at the students who were still busy talking to some of their friends.

I shooed Chaeyoung, Dahyun, Jackson and Youngjae before the principal even notice that they were in our side of line. Dahyun was the one who dragged her two best friends away from us while Chaeyoung is just laughing at them.

Aigoo, guys are really, something, I thought while dragging Sana to our line.

THIRD PERSON’S POV

Youngjae and Jackson were busy fooling around when Dahyun smacked them to get their attentions. The principal was speaking about something.

“As you all know, we are only left with 2 months for this school year. The school is not allowing students to enrol during this time but these students are an exception for a confidential reason.” The principal announced seriously that the students were now back to chattering among themselves.

“And as you all know, our school doesn’t tolerate wrong doings so even if these 2 are given a special treatment for their enrolment, report immediately if they have done something that is against the school policy and it will be quickly acknowledged,” he continued and moved aside as he called and gestured two male students to take his place on the center of the stage.

“What is he doing here?” Mina muttered to herself as she saw who the transfer student the is. She made a mental note to talk to him later after the flag ceremony.

Chaeyoung could only widen her eyes in shock as she saw two very familiar faces standing at the stage.

“Good morning, I’m Kim Yugyeom, Junior.” He said and bowed. By the looks on his face he is clearly not amused of the announcement the principal made about them.
