Chapter 18.3

YOUNGJAE'S POV

I stretched my arms and released a yawn when I heard my phone beeped. I looked at the time and it's now 7:00 AM.

"Hey, Jackson, can we take a stop on the next rest area?" I asked Jackson. I didn't mean to be rude. I was supposed to keep him awake that's why I'm seated next to him, but I didn't do anything besides sleeping.

"Sure. Do you need to buy something?" He asked back.

"Not necessarily for me but I think you should sleep. I'll drive." I answered him.

"You sure? I can still manage." He answered me back. Great, the ever-generous friend you'll ever want.

"Dude, I'm sure. And besides, you can use some sleep." I chuckled as I point at his eyebags.

Jackson and I went out of the car as soon as we reached the rest area. Chaeng is the only one awake inside the car when we left. Jackson went to the restroom and I decided to buy us some breakfast. Jackson's card of course.

When Jackson and I went back to the car, surprisingly, the three girls are now awake.

"Changie, I told you to sleep more! You can still grow!" Jackson teased as soon as he saw Chaeyoung playing with her phone.

"Says the one who stopped growing early." Chaeyoung teased back and stuck her tongue out at Jackson. I just laughed at their bickering.

We didn't immediately leave the rest area. Instead, we opened the windows and Dahyun occupied the seat between Chaeyoung and Mina.

"Here's for Dahyun," I said as I gave her the chocolate drink she likes. "Here's for Chaengie," and I gave her, her favorite strawberry drink.

"Yah, Youngjae! Don't give Chaengie the breakfast you bought." Jackson said sulking.

I just shook my head at his childishness.

"Here's for you Mina," I told her and gave her the same drink as mine.

"Thank you oppa/Youngjae~" They all said at the same time.

"You shouldn't thank me guys, I used Jackson's card in buying those." I told them and laughed at Jackson's expression.

"Then why didn't you bought mine too?" He asked whining.

"Yes, I did." I told him and gave him his drink.

"I wanted yours." He said and proceeded in stealing my drink.

"Stop stealing my coffee!" I told him and slapped his hands away.

"You need to sleep and you don't need extra caffeine." I continued and he just ate his bread and moved onto Chaeyoung's side.

MINA'S POV

I'm seriously tired right now that I can just smile at the bickering of this two guys. Who could've thought that these two guys had a lot of admirers in our school thinking that they're oh so cool when in real life is that they were just normal high school students who bicker and whine?

My heart raced at the thought of Youngjae oppa memorizing my favorite drink. But, I didn't let that thought got into me, he also got Chaeng's and Dahyun's drink. There's nothing special in that.

"You look like you're going to murder me if I don't give you some," Youngjae oppa chuckled and offered me his food. I must've been staring at him for a long time.

"Come on, you need to eat." He continued and put the bread in front of my mouth leaving me no choice but to eat it.

He just smiled at me and pat my head after feeding me and I'm here wishing that I can suddenly evaporate because I can feel my face heating up. And the whistling and teasing of the other three is not helping.
