Chapter 18.2

Nayeon immediately stood up from her bed and took some clothes and take a bath after receiving Youngjae's call. That guy. Nayeon shook her head as he remembered the first time Jinyoung introduced Youngjae to her. She's being a jealous girlfriend that time and to make up to her, Jinyoung decided to bring Youngjae with him so that Nayeon wouldn't be suspicious anymore.

When Nayeon saw Youngjae, she immediately found her fondness of the younger guy. He's like a dongsaeng to her but now she just wanted to wring Youngjae's neck but she can't blame him.

Since it's too early, she decided to just sleep on her desk first and just wake up on her alarm. She doesn't want to worry her mother and she doesn't want to hear her father's scolding first thing in the morning.

Nayeon got up when she heard her alarm ringing followed by a knock on her door.

"Nayeon-ah, come out now. Breakfast's ready." Her mom said.

"Yes, mom! I'll come down in a minute."

"Morning mom, morning dad." She greeted her parents before taking her seat.

"Morning baby. Why aren't you in your uniform?" Her dad asked her.

"We don't have classes today dad, remember? They have some renovation to do and classes will resume next week." She explained and her father just nodded.

"Yah, then it's a miracle that you're awake this early if you don't have classes." Her mom teased her.

"Mom~" she whined. "I'm going to Jinyoung today actually, Youngjae called and told me that he's sick." She continued and started eating her breakfast.

"Is that so? Then I should pack some food for him. Nayeon-ah, don't you ever touch anything in his kitchen, okay?" Her mom told her while standing up and preparing some side dishes to pack for Jinyoung.

"Then you can come with me. I'll drop you by his unit. Im Nayeon. I'm telling you, no funny business okay? Wait 'till you guys get married. Jinyoung has my approval so you don't need to worry." Her dad teased and winked at her before standing up and hugging her mom goodbye.

"Dad~ why are you all like this so early in the morning?" Nayeon once again whined before getting the paper bag with the foods her mother packed.

She kissed her mom goodbye and followed her dad.

"Jinyoung-ah!" Nayeon shouted the moment she entered her boyfriend's condo unit. She shouted loud enough for Jinyoung to be awake and fall of his bed.

Nayeon immediately face palmed as she remembered that the sole purpose of her going there is because he was sick and there she goes shouting.

Nayeon went inside Jinyoung's room after she heard a loud thud. Forget about getting mad at Jinyoung. He could be dying by now as what Youngjae has described.

"J-Jinyoung-ah?" Nayeon called as she carefully opened the door in his room. There he saw Jinyoung sprawled on the floor, hugging his blanket and snoring.

Wow, he's becoming a heavy sleeper when he's sick, Nayeon thought.

She was about to wake him up and ask him to go back to his bed when she decided to reheat the food that Youngjae has cooked. Of course, she didn't forget to take a picture of her using the microwave and send it to Youngjae as a proof that she knows how to use one.

After doing her job, she went back to Jinyoung's room and found him now sleeping on his bed. She momentarily looked at her boyfriend's sleeping face. This has been her favorite look of Jinyoung. Not the sick look but the peaceful look in his face.
