Chapter 15.1

Mina was so delighted that weekend has finally come. Who wouldn't? She's going to see her brother again after who knows how many months! Though she's quite sad that her brother will just be around for a week, it doesn't really matter. At least she got to spend time with him and his wife.

Mina immediately headed out of the pad and hailed a cab to go to the airport. She jumped and ran to hug her brother as soon as she saw him. She missed her brother so much.

"Aigoo, how's my favorite sister?" Her brother asked.

"Yah, Im Jaebum. How am I your favorite sister if I'm your only sister?" Mina asked while glaring at her brother while Jaebum just shrugged before putting his arms around Mina's shoulder and ruffling her hair.

Mina was about to hail a cab when her brother said that he rented a car. Right. He forgot, her brother's actually rich. They just chat about random things while Jaebum was driving. There's a lot of catching up to do when Mina remembered something.

"Yah, Jaebum oppa, when's Momo unnie coming?" She asked. Momo is her brother's wife. They may look young which is true because Jaebum is just 23 and Momo is just 21 but they're just so in love with each other that's why they got married immediately.

"Yah, I'm the one who's here yet you're looking for Momoring? You ungrateful brat." Jaebum said faking hurt.

"It's because I love her more now. She doesn't tease me unlike you." She said sticking her tongue out. Jaebum just laughed.

Since it's still early, and Jaebum wants to have some coffee, they decided to stop by a café. The café near their school to be exact. Mina on the other hand remembered what happened few days ago and blushed at the thought.

"Hey, Minaring, are you sick? Why are you so red?" Her brother asked her worriedly before sitting at the available seat near the window.

"N-no. I'm fine. I j-just remembered something." Mina answered while fanning her face hoping that the blush will be gone.

"I'll place our orders. What do you want?" Jaebum asked after shrugging the thought of her dongsaeng being sick.

"I'll have waffle and americano oppa, thank you." Mina said and smiled brightly.

Jaebum stood up to give their orders. This is one of those things she missed when her brother was around. She has someone that will always treat her. *evil smile*

She was glad that the heat on her face was now gone. She checked her phone and smiled when she saw their group chat being flooded by Jackson asking them if they wanted to hang out. She wanted to but she wanted to spend time with her brother so she just replied that she can't because she had something to do.

Youngjae hasn't seen any of their group chat conversations and that made her guilty. 'Should I just buy him a new one?' she asked herself but decided against it since she knows for sure that Youngjae wouldn't accept it. She just stared at the passing people by the window when Jaebum took a sit.

"You look like you're in deep thought? Do you have a problem?" Her brother asked him.

"Hmm,"

"Hey come on. It's not like I'm always here to listen to you. I'm giving you the opportunity." Her brother said obviously bluffing.

"Neh oppa, I just got someone in trouble," she started. If Jaebum was shocked, he didn't show it but instead he urged her to continue talking.

"Well, it's not like a big trouble anyways. But still, I feel guilty." She continued. Jaebum still hasn't said a word but smiled at her signaling that he's listening.

"He helped me with my project that day then I treated him to dinner. It's already late so he decided to walk me home. A-and you know what happened next?" She asked while Jaebum was starting to smile and shook his head.

"His phone and wallet was gotten from him." She finished her story.

"Wait," Jaebum started, "why do I feel like this guy you're talking about is not just your friend?" He continued making Mina blush.

"I knew it!" Jaebum said pumping his fist in the air. Before he could say another thing, their order has arrived. His smile widened as he saw the note attached to the drink if his sister.

"Good morning Pretty Myoui. Stop staring outside and smile. You look beautiful when you smile. Enjoy your coffee." Jaebum finished reading as Mina snatched the sticky note on his hand. If there is any shade redder than red then that would be Mina's face.

"Ehem, so, is this guy courting you?" Jaebum asked. "Aigoo, our maknae is now a grown-up lady having an admirer." He teased.

Mina just removed her brother's hand on her hair and explained that the guy who made the note is the guy she was talking about. It started that way until Mina can't contain herself anymore and just tell his brother stories about Youngjae.

"So, you like him huh?" Jaebum asked a little serious this time. "I need to meet him if he's going to court you." He continued. Mina was about to say something when Jaebum raised his hand and continued talking.

"If you wanted to be even with him you can tell him to sing for this bar my friend opened. I met Brian at the states. He's been asking me to perform at his bar even just once but I think it's a good opportunity for you to make the guy you like notice you." Jaebum said his playful tone back as he leaned at the chair.

Mina just rolled her eyes before getting the card from his brother. They decided to go home after finishing their coffees and Mina just smiled and waved at Youngjae who was now at the counter giving her a blank stare after Jaebum put his arms around her.
