Chapter 14

It's already the middle of the week but Mina can't contact Youngjae. Well, she can try reaching out to him through their other friends but Mina just felt like it would be nice of she's going to thank him personally. And it's another thing that she was supposed to find him at the campus because they have the same group of friends but she can't. Youngjae just disappears every dismissal.

"Mina-yah, do you have something to do today?" Sana asked as they were fixing their things because their teacher dismissed them early.

"Hmm, well, aside from hanging-out with Chaeyoung I have nothing else to do, why?" Mina asked back curiously.

"Really? Then can I come with you guys? I was supposed to meet Mark today but something came up and I really want to spend time with you and your friends." Sana answered with the ever-blinding smile she has.

"Sure. It's not like Chaeng would mind. I think in fact, she would like it." Mina said heading out of their room.

Mina and Sana are already waiting on their school's front gate when Chaeyoung, together with Dahyun and Jackson waved at them.

"Oh, Dahyun-ah, Jackson oppa, what are you guys doing here?" Mina asked but then realized that she sounded rude.

"You sound like you don't want to see us," Jackson replied clutching his chest while faking hurt. Dahyun just shook her head and gestured at them to just ignore the guy.

"We need some time off. With all the requirements and the deadlines. Ugh, I can't wait to graduate." Dahyun said while massaging her head.

The three juniors just laughed at her finding her cute with her little dilemma.

"Oh, Sana, I'm glad that you can hang out with us today." Chaeyoung said finally acknowledging the presence of the other girl.

"I really wanted to hang-out with you guys, I just didn't have the chance. I thought it was just the three of us (referring to Sana, Mina and Chaeng) but it's fine. The more the merrier, right?" Sana said in her usual cheerful tone to which Dahyun found cute that she can't help but pinch the girl's cheeks.

They were supposed to go to a nearby fast food but since there are a lot of people, they just decided to stay at the café which is located right beside it.

"Welcome to our café," a staff greeted them.

To say they were startled was an understatement. And the same goes to the staff who greeted them. Jackson, who was busy playing with his phone for a while turned his focus on the guy and hugged him like they've never met each other for a while when in fact they were just together a few hours ago.

"Jisoo-ah, can you take the counter for a while? Thank you." Youngjae kindly asked the girl who was tying her hair behind him.

"Yah oppa! You disappeared suddenly for 3 days and now you're working here?" Dahyun asked Youngjae while smacking his arm.

"Eung, and we can't even reach your phone? What happened?" Chaeyoung asked.

"I can't see you at the campus either. Did you even go to school?" Mina asked with her voice maybe a little loud than what they were used to earning a look from the three girls. Realizing what she said, she just decided to cover her face with her hair.

Sana looks so lost looking like someone asking for help so Mina just dragged her and decided that they will be the one to order for them.

"Yah, before I answer your questions can you guys take a sit first?" Youngjae asked back leading them to a vacant table good for 6 people. Mina and Sana joined them after handing their orders.
