Chapter 18

Author'a Note

Finally I've updated. It's been so long!It's been so long since I've been on this  app and written anything. And honestly I've missed writing and you guys and your comments. And I'm sorry that I left this story hanging for so long. You guys all deserved better! Thing is I've been really busy with school. But thankfully that's almost done so it's safe to say you'll be seeing more updates and more constantly.

I hope you guys go back and read the last chapters or something because you might be hella confused.

And warning: Lots of spelling errors in this.

His words were doing things to my heart. He just wanted to be friends again, but I was already thinking too much about this. But he did come all the way to my house just to talk me into rebuilding  our new relationship. That meant something!

Maybe I wasn't imagining things.

"Kevin...I..." I didnt know what to say. For some reason, I was flustered, but it was no surprise.

He suddenly reached foward to my face and my heart beat started to beat quickly.

His lips touch my cheek. "Think about it. " He said after pulling away.

I stared at him. He was staring right back with a small smile on his face.

He walked backwards to the front door. Before he could get out, I heard  Danika's voice.

"Hey you just came! You can't leave so soon!" She yelled.

I snapped my attention towards her.

"Oh," Kevin said, "I thought I wasn't welcomed." His gaze flows toards me and if I was okay right now, I'd roll my eyes.

"Yeah by Sabienne. But she doesn't understand good company." Danika said and pulled on Kevin's arm. 

"You know when he leaned foward, I really thougt you were going to disobey me and cheat." She said giving me a wink.

"What?" I said, kind of confused.

"Cheat on your boyfriend." She said in a duh tone.

Kevin laughed. "She would never."

"I take that as a compliment." I say, causing him to chuckle. With that I let a smile fall on my face.

A few minutes later ths three of us had settled on a couch amd started to watch a movie.

I sat next to Danika on a couch while Kevin sat on another one.

As we continued to watch the movie, Danika and Kevin shared conversations about various subjects. They were becoming friends fast.

Meanwhile I just sat and tried to enjoy my second time watching the Perfect Guy.

I didn't try talking to Kevin and he didnt try talking to me. But sometimes I'd let my gaze wonder over to him and I'd catch his smile. Then I would feel my insides melt.

I was being too cheesy and needed to somehow end this, never ending crush.

I was lost in the movie and lost focus on what the two of them was saying. Then suddenly I was losing focus on the movie too. My eyes became droopy and I fell asleep.

I wake up to the tv's irritating light. Sitting up, I rubbed my eyes in confusion.

The living room was empty. I realized Danika and Kevin had left and I fell asleep.
