Ambrosia

We loaded back into the van. Annabeth gasped causing all of us to look at her.

" I know this sounds crazy but maybe we are over thinking the prophecy. What if when it said a child of Poseidon must fall maybe it meant literally fall. Like, they tripped or someone tackled them." Percy jumped in.

"Or like when Ambrosia and I were swept off our feet from the sea."

"Exactly, and when it says the one who cheated death will die to bring back another means we need to find a random person not a child Poseidon. Also, the part when it says Nico will find love with the person who has lost someone who is gone. That means Nico has a crush on someone in this van." We all looked back at Nico who was as red as a tomato. Nico glanced at Will.

"Well, you were going to find out soon enough. Yes, I like someone in this van. Um, two people actually. Um, hey Perc. I used to like you but I like some else now."

Percy looked sad and shocked. He turned and passed Annabeth a 20 dollar bill.

"You mean I'm not your type," Percy said sadly. Much more confident this time Nico turned to Will.

"Hey Will, I like you."

Annabeth frowned and passed the 20 back to Percy.

"But Will who have you lost?" I asked

"I also lost Nico's sister, Bianca. We became friends when she was at camp for those few days." Nico looked as if he were going to cry.

"Nico, do you think you can sense if a monster has cheated death?" Piper asked.

"Yes." Nico closed his eyes and disappeared. Will looked furious. Nico reappeared with a gorgon in tow. Percy used the water as bindings and covered the gorgon"s mouth, hands, snake hair, and feet. We threw her in the compartment in the van that you put the wheelchair that Chiron used when he had to be around mortals. We went to the entrance to the underworld in a hotel.

"Charon we have found someone who has cheated death and would like to use her to bring back someone else. A Bianca di Angelo." Percy said forcefully. Charon "the doorman of death" looked Bianca up on his computer.

"Ah, Bianca is no longer in the underworld. She chose to be reborn." Nico paled even more if that was even possible.

"Will is there anyone else you have lost?" Nico asked quietly. Will looked excited.

"What about Michael Yew?" Charon looked at his computer again and frowned.

"How come it's always the ones I like who leave. I'll be back with him go get your body." Percy grabbed the gorgon and placed her on Charon's desk.

"Oh, come on that's new. Well, here's Michael's pod. Break it when you get back to camp and only when you get back to camp or he'll come back here. Do you understand?"

"Yes." We all replied in union. Charon passed the pod to Will. Will rolled it around in his hands then looked at me.

"Ambrosia, you didn't know him so you won't be tempted to break the pod you hold onto it." Will trusted me with his friend. I put the pod in the pocket of a sweatshirt that Annabeth had giving to me. Then we heard a growl. All the demigods pulled their weapons into fighting position except Percy who held his hands in the air.

" Sorry guys, I guess I'm just hungry." We all laughed at Percy.

"I saw Mexican place a couple blocks back ,and I have the credit card my dad gave to me," Piper had said. Piper is vegetarian and the easiest thing to get was Mexican or pizza.
