"Came to join me for a drink?" She smiled sweetly at the werewolf. The two were in the middle of Mystic Grill, a busy bar where Matt worked.

"Actually... That is a great idea, Renny." Tyler said sitting on the chair next to hers.

"Drop the act, Ty. I know Damon sent you to babysit." Just as the werewolf could make an excuse, Damon appeared in front of the table.

"Damn straight I did. Lockwood, why don't you go drool over your Gothic blonde girl?" Damon said and Tyler left with a tiny frown. The boy knew better than to stand up to Damon. He knew he was the one to have a black eye in the end.

"That was rude." Renesmee commented taking a sip of her drink.

 "So was leaving my brother like that." He deadpan making her glare at him.

"He left me first!" Renesmee shot back. Why was Damon saying this? He knew Stefan was a taboo subject.

"That's not..." The vampire got interrupted by the unknown person standing in front of their table. Renesmee first thought that he was waiter, but then noticed that he did not wear a Mystic Grill T-Shirt. Who was he?

"Now Damon, you should not be the one to lecture people about leaving. You left dear old Bonnie alone with a psychopath, after all." The boy who seemed around 20 years old said a smirk forming on his lips.

The moment Damon spotted the man, he jumped towards Renesmee  wanting to protect her but failed when the boy motus him across the room. She found herself in the witch's grip trying to escape.

"Kai don't!" She heard Damon yell. The boy got annoyed and she felt everything go blank.

 The bastard broke her neck.

Renesmee woke up with a nasty headache. She looked around the room. It was some kind of cell. What the hell has happened? How the hell did she get here? Why was she tied up? The sound of door opening snapped the girl out of her thoughts. The boy from earlier entered the room.

"Who are you?" He asked kneeling down at her level.

"I should ask you the same thing. After all you are the one who kidnapped me." She shot back glaring at him.

"I asked you first." The boy shot back making Renesmee sigh. This could last forever and she did not have the energy.

"It's Renesmee. Renesmee Charlie Cullen." She introduced politely. She was angry, but she must behave. This dude broke her neck with one finger, she could just imagine what he could do with the whole hand.

"Kai. Kai Parker." He mimicked. Kai had messy brown hair and almost grey eyes. His outfit looked like he fell out of a nineties blockbuster.

"Funny thing. You are a vampire, yet you aren't. What the hell are you, Renesmee Charlie Cullen?" Kai asked.

"Something between a vampire and a human. A little bit of both." She explained. She could eat, breath, use the toilet, basically all of the thing that human does. Except she has to drink human blood more often than a regular vampire, because she would go so weak that she could not stand on her feet. She can also vamp-speed, she has super hearing, sight and strenght, for which she thought was awesome, but luckily for her social life, she does not sparkle or burn on sunlight. 

"Freeeky." Was his reaction.

"So what are you going to do to me? Torture me? Gut me?" She asked.

"No, silly. I need you as leverage. You are gonna stay here for a while." The boy chuckled.
