Chapter 20: For Her

A/N: Alright guys first off I'd like to say sorry for not updating this story in so long and the reason I never updated it was because in the last chapter usually two of the options were tied. So I decided to wait a while and then come back to this story. However when I looked at it today I saw that the same two options were still tied. After looking at what they were I figured I could work both into the story. Anyway I apologize for the long wait and I hope you all enjoy this chapter.

Ozpin looked at the male that was currently under Yang and sighed. He knew why he was upset and if he were being honest with himself if he were in Jewel's possession he'd probably be doing something similar. Ozpin then sighed and looked at Yang. 

"It's okay let him up," Ozpin said looking at the female in front of him. 

"A-Are you sure? I mean-" Yang began only to stop when she saw that Ozpin was nodding at her. When Yang saw this she sighed and nodded. She then got up and when she did Jewel got up faster than her. 

"Jewel I understand why you're upset. That being said if I fight you I won't hold back given what I know about you and what you're capable of," Ozpin said looking at the male in front of him. 

"Fine with me," Jewel said as a small amount of aura started to gather around his hands and feet. Ozpin sighed seeing this and readied himself. The two stayed still for a moment before either of them attacked. 

The two then dashed at each other and attempted to attack each other. Jewel however saw where Ozpin was attempting to hit him and started to release some of his aura to move him of of the way. When he did Jewel once again used his aura to move and kick Ozpin in the side. 

When he did Ozpin felt a massive amount of pain move through his body and moved away from Jewel. 'Given his semblance he has an aura pool that's larger than normal. Making his attacks not only to do external damage but internal damage as well. I'll have to be careful a few more hits like that and I'm done for,' Ozpin thought as he looked at the male. 

Ozpin then watched as Jewel moved forward and began to attack him. Ozpin started to avoid his attacks however each time he did he heard something. 'Sounds like he's still using his aura. Given that attack that Yang stopped and the fact that he still has this much left I'm guessing it refills faster than he can use it,' Ozpin thought to himself as he once again saw Jewel attempt to attack him. 

As he did he watched as the aura around Jewels hand turned to a golden color when he did Jewle moved his hand back and Ozpin felt something hard hit his back. Ozpin moved forward and saw that a large piece of the ground behind him had come up and hit him. 

He then once again felt Jewel kick him in the stomach. When he did he once again felt pain spread through his body and like before moved back. Ozpin then found that he was out of breath and looked at the male. 

'It's only been a few minutes at most. Why am I so tired," Ozpin questioned looking at the male. Ozpin then looked down and saw a few thin strings of silver aura leaving his body. 'I see so that's what's going on. His siphoning the aura from my body,' Ozpin thought looking at the aura. 

Ozpin then once again readied himself and dashed towards Jewel a bit more aggressive than before. 'If this doesn't end now and my aura reserves are drained then I'll redoubtable die,' Ozpin thought looking at the male. 

Jewel then once again attempted to kick Ozpin. When he did Ozpin used his cane to stop the attack and moved forward to attack the male. Ozpin went to punch Jewel's face however watched as a silver aura then appeared in front of him and stopped the attack. 

When he did he felt a bit of aura return. 'Using my own aura against me? How clever,' Ozpin thought as looked at the male. However his train of thought came to a stop as he saw the male become covered in blue aura and then move to punch him in the stomach. 

When he did Ozpin felt a small amount of electricity pass through his body and felt almost all of his aura leave him. When he did he coughed up a small amount of blood and then felt his vision start to go blurry. 

Jewel then punched Ozpin a few more times without using her aura until the silver haired male fell back. When he did Jewel sighed and began to walk away. When he did team Ruby watched as he walked away and sighed. 

She felt a hand placed on her shoulder and turned to see Qrow staring at her. "It's okay, he just needs some time to cool off," Qrow said looking at the female. As the two watched as he walked away Jewel sighed and released a few aura pulses from his body. 

When he did he found the aura signature that he was looking for and began to move towards it. As he did he would release a few more aura pulses to make sure that she hadn't moved and was still alright. 

When he was close he saw that the female was in a large building. Jewel then opened the door and looked around. When he did he saw that Cinder looked a little panicked at first however she quickly calmed down seeing that it was him. 

Jewel then shut the door behind him and began to walk towards the female who at the moment was laying on the ground covering the part of her wound that Jewel didn't have the chance to heal. 

"What are you doing here?" Cinder asked looking at the male. 

"I came here to find you," Jewel said looking at the female in front of him. 

"Why?" Cinder asked looking at the male in front of her. 

"Because I wanted to make sure that you were okay," Jewel said as he took a seat beside the female. He then looked at the wound and then up to her. "May I?" Jewel asked looking at the female in front of him. 

The female nodded and watched as he slowly began to heal her. When he was done he took his hand away and started to sit beside her. "Sorry but I can't do anything about the pain. You'll have to deal with it for a bit," Jewel said looking at her. 

As he sat down he reached for the females hand and when he did the female felt guilt start to overtake her. "Why'd you do this?" Cinder asked looking at the male in front of her. 

"Do what?" Jewel asked looking at the female a little confused by what she meant. 

"Why'd you come here knowing that it was me? After everything that I did, after trying to destroy Beacon and kill one of your friends as well as kill possibly hundreds of innocents. You still came to find me. Why?" Cinder asked looking at the male in front of her.

"Because I love you," Jewel said looking at the female in front of him. Cinder was more than shocked to hear this and looked at the male. Knowing all this it still hadn't changed the way he felt about her. 

"We may not be on the same side anymore and you may do things that I don't approve of but that's not going to change how I feel about you. Even if we end up being forced apart my heart will only belong to you. Nothing's ever going to change that," Jewel said as he stared at the female. 

Cinder felt a small amount of tears build up in her eyes hearing this and she moved forward to hug the male. When she did Jewel returned her hug and she smiled. She couldn't deny it at this point even if she wanted to. She really had fallen for Jewel. 

"Jewel I think I should tell you something," Cinder said looking at the white haired male in front of her. 

"What is it?" Jewel asked looking at the female.
