~Allyson's POV~

I made it. I actually made it. I was beyond exhausted, and thrilled that the Olympic semi finals wasn't for another week. I had the entire week to rest my ever so tired body. I glared to my right to find the only boy that made me weak. He was laughing, and I quickly, removed my phone to snap it. We were all walking to the mall. We wanted to indulge ourselves in fun group activities, so we were headed to the arcade part of the mall.  Karabo walked over and greeted. I looked up at him and smiled. It was crooked, but it was real.

"Feeling okay?" he asked.

"Better now." I smirked.

He nodded his head and that's when Boithuto came over.

"Kar, do you wanna be my partner?" she pouted.

We stopped in front of the arcade.

"Partner?" he questioned.

"We've decided to play twister first." Isaac said.

"We're not five." Karabo spits out.

"Oh, come on." I begin, "It'll be fun!" I smile.

We huddle up and pick partners. I ended up with Leruo. I wasn't complaining, Leruo is awesome. I just hoped I'd be with Karay, but he chose Boithuto over me. I remember what Boithuto told me before her heat. Told me Karay looks at me as if I'm the only thing that mattered? I just realized, that I look at him the very same way.

We played a couple of games in our pairs, we in most either Leruo and I came out victorious, or Isaac and Lame, sometimes, Tumelo and Bonang, but never Karay and Boithuto. He'd usually do all the work and she'd just sit back and not do a thing, which made it rather unfitting and very un fun for him. Haha, sucker. You could have had it all, could have had it all. You could have been my partner.

It felt weird. Thinking of Karabo like this, when he walked out on us. Yes, he walked out. I was perplexed too. He thought Thateho and I were vibing. We weren't. We even left Thateho. Well, he has work to do and besides he's not exactly part of our team. Wow, but, how can Karabo question his worth to me?

At the end of the day, once we were all exhausted yet happy, we decided it was time to go back home. We hopped into our country's van and headed home-the mansion. Upon arriving, we got our stuff and made some noise as we walked back into the house. Everyone was in a good mood, even Boithuto. Nothing else mattered. Our runs, matches, everything, it didn't matter. Once we entered the house, I felt an arm grab me, and pull me to the side. Attached to that arm was Karabo. I looked away before looking at him in the eyes. He looked at me too.

"I'm sorry," he whispered.

I rubbed my ear.

"I'm sorry for everything, Ally."

"Allyson," I spoke up.

His eyes widened.

"Right, Allyson. I'm sorry, I should have never walked out on you, on us. You do mean more to me than you'll ever understand."

"Why did you leave, Karabo?"

"I just thought you'd be happier with him."

"Have I not, proved to you, time and again that he doesn't mean what you mean to me?" I questioned raising one eyebrow.

He nodded.

"You have,"

"You insecure?" I smirked.

He nodded again, and I got on my tippytoes cause that's the only way to reach his face, and kissed his cheek. When I fell back down, my face was red. I looked up, and so was his.
