~Karabo's POV~

She started kind of slow, but her pace kept increasing with every step she took. For the first one hundred meters, she was in fifth place. She sped into fourth and at the last curve she was in third. She was getting tired rather too quickly. She seemed to be out of breathe, and that's when I knew she needed me.

"YOU CAN DO THIS ALLY!" I screamed.

Everyone looked at me, and I saw her head turn. She smiled through the pain and started speeding again. For the split second that she lost her focus, she fell back into sixth. She started taking larger steps and her feet began moving much faster. It was the last hundred meters, and the commentator made it all the more interesting.

"Elaine Thompson is about to take the gold medal. Oh, what's that? American runner, Cassie O'Connell, is right behind her making her name known! Wait, wait, wait. WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT BOTSWANIAN RUNNER. Wait, no. THE MOTSWANA RUNNER. LOOK AT HER SPEED INCREASING, OH, OH. Does she pose at a threat? She just passed fifth place, oh, now third. ALLYSON MOGOTSI JUST PASSED CASSIE O'CONNELL! And the crowd goes wild!! We have a new fastest runner. The last 10 meters, oh, oh. SHE JUMPED!"

Ally had dived across the finish line. She closed her eyes, while they displayed the winners. She was completely out of breathe and she was sweating like a pig.

My mouth dropped when I saw the results.

OH MY GOSH.

I jumped over the fences and ran towards Ally. Her competitors, had helped her up and hugged her. When they saw me running over there, they turned her around and I landed in her arms. Ally seemed surprised. After a long hug, in which I had even picked her up. We broke the hug, and I congratulated her!

I kissed her after.
