Just be with him!!!

(written back in 2017)

So, not so long ago, I reunited with Zach and Lukas. We hadn't seen each other in a very long time, or at least not the three of us together. At first, I was a little skeptical about it since the last time I met Zach, I had come to the conclusion that he was kind of "kookoo."

Anyways, while planning this, using a chat we had created, Zach mentions

"Can I invite Darla?"

So long story short, Darla was this extremely biatch that studied with us and who never even talked to us. Actually, she was in a group of people who were constantly trying to bully us. For you to have a little idea of how much of a biatch she was, once she almost got a guy expelled because he accidentally crashed into her making her stuff fall into a puddle. She then proceeded to hit him several times in his arms, like, she left a red mark on the boy. And she wanted him to get expelled.

Going back to the original story. I didn't answer. Lukas said he had no problem, and I replied with a happy face emoji cause if he is friends with her now, it's not polite to cancel everything. Also, I'm not going to ruin this reunion and make a big deal out of nothing. I talked to Lukas in private and told him how I felt. He replied:

"I know, I also feel very weird about it, but who knows, maybe she changed."

(She didn't btw. Whole other story, but she didn't.)

My biggest concern was that if he was hanging with a girl like her, he might have officially transformed into someone as bad as she was. I still (for some stupid unknown reason) gave him the benefit of the doubt. Turns out that she worked the day that we arranged, and it ended up being the three of us and Simon, Zach's brother, who didn't bother me, that came. As the 4 of us were walking at the mall, Zach kept mentioning his new gf and kept mentioning how he:

"Was so lucky that he had a girlfriend first out of the three of us."

Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging because if I had had a boyfriend, then I would have been the same way. But eventually, it was kind of irritating how many times he repeated the same thing over and over again. The thing is that I couldn't help but notice something. While Zach was blabiding about his new girlfriend, Simon kept eying him almost as if he wanted to kill him...

....honestly, it was like

. ....it was that weird and noticeable. We ended up going to a surfer shop, and while Lukas bought some stuff, I stayed at the entrance of the store with the other two. Then, out of nowhere, Simon says to me in the most frustrating tone.

"You know what Gwen? Why don't you just go out with my brother?"

.....

.....

......

What!??!?

......

I probably got red as a tomato, but I tried to play it cool. Zach opened his eyes like an owl, and I just chuckled and said:

"He, he.....don't say that; your brother has a girlfriend now."

Both of them looked at each other... again Simon looking at him as if he was going to kill him. I just changed the subject and thank goodness they followed my lead. Again, this didn't happened a while ago so up until this day I have nooooo idea wtf was all that about. The reason I'm writing this is because I'm like "Wtf was that???????" can anyone tell me honestly cause I.....I don't know.

Nothing interesting happened that day. After it was late the brothers went away and I headed back home. Honestly I don't even know what to think. On the back of my mind I honestly still like him but at the same time there are all this signals that tell me not to go for it aaaaaand on top of that there is nobody else I'm interested in.
