For the last two days I couldn't help but think about what Hunter said. My mind was warped, every time that I thought about it. We are just friends, I repeated to myself. After all, Hunter is just like Jacob, a fuckboy. He only wants sex from girls and he is a cheater, which is highly degrading. Maybe I just liked the attention from a handsome guy? That is it. Hunter is only my friend, and always will be just my friend.

"How's school darling? We hardly because you're always so busy." My dad said at the dining room table.

"School is school, ya know. Whole lot of drama and work."

He grinned. "I'm glad that I'm no longer in school, but honey let me know if things get too stressful for you."

"Will do." I nodded. "But for now I'm coping."

"Lets go kiddo." Keith called from the kitchen and I got up.

"Bye dad. Love you." I kissed his cheek and left for school with Keith.

I woke up late this morning from overthinking about Hunter and left my hair in a messy bun. All I had was foundation and concealer on to bring some life into my face. I stood staring at my hair in my locker's mirror and tried fixing it.

"Hey" A soft voice murmured. I turned and saw Lucas in front of me. I shut my locker and gave my full attention to him.

"Hey"

"I'm sorry, really sorry. Gwen was wrong and I should have stuck up for you." He begged and his soft tone made me feel forgiving. Maybe I shouldn't have expected him to stand up for me? Since he is friends with Gwen as well. I might have put him in an awkward situation and for that I felt terrible.

"It's fine Lucas. I'm so over it."

"I miss you."

"Good." I teased with an amused smile.

He frowned. "Can you please forgive me?"

"Well since you're begging, why not?"

The way his eyes lit up at my words made me smile. "Thanks Emma. So how did you get home? I was looking for you everywhere."

"Um...Hunter sorta took me." I murmured.

"What?" He exclaimed. I gave him the stink eye and he calmed down. "So how did that happen?"

"He offered and I accepted."

"That's great and incredibly nice of him."

A smile crept on my face just thinking about Hunter. "Yeah...yeah he is."

"See you at lunch."

Hunter's POV

Last night I barely slept a wink. For some reason I couldn't stop thinking about Emma last night. I wanted to kiss her so badly, but I didn't. She had something the girls at this school didn't have...morals. And she earned something that the girls at this school didn't have... my interest. My phone buzzed numerously as I stood at my locker. I took it out of my pocket and I smirked when the name 'Big Booty Judy' appeared on my home screen. She had the best ass out of the school and a great side.

Judy: Hey

Judy: What's up? You haven't spoken to me the entire week :( I misss youuu

Judy: wanna meet up at your car and learn a few new tricks? Lol ;)

It was amusing at how desperate she was but maybe I wanted to learn some new tricks.
