(Cody's POV)

"Guards!" Josh warned flattening himself against the wall. a second later I heard the guards in question their heavy boots echoing down the hallway. The raced past the hallway we were at going in the direction that my brother went. I ignored it as we continued to travel down the hallway.

I was in the middle of the group with Josh taking the lead and Kyla following behind me. I could tell that Kyla didn't trust me and that was most likely the reason she went with us. I couldn't help but glare forward as this dawned on me. It was a fricking accident, I growled to myself. I felt bad about it but it allowed us to escape didn't it?

A crackling could be heard and Josh stopped pulling out the radio. "Alexis?" He asked.

"Josh we found out where their holding Cyrus. Do you know where you're at?" She asked. Josh remained silent as he thought about it. "A floor down from the bubble and we went down two hallways turning left." He reported. There was silence on the other end before Alexis answered back.

"Okay your going the right way. Keep going. Take a right turn when you reach the end of the hallway; you'll see two doors go into the right room. Once you reach the other side of the room you should end up in front of where their holding him." Alexis said.

Josh nodded, "Okay thank-you commencing radio silence." He said smiling at the last part.

"Good luck." Alexis answered.

With that Josh turned off the radio and looked down the hallway. "Seems deserted lets go." He said walking down the hallway. I noticed how he kept his hand next to the hilt of his sword though and I followed suit.

We followed Alexis's directions and were about to enter the room when we heard voices from inside. I reacted quickly though and slammed my arms against Josh and Kyla's chest before focusing my dark power. I hope this works I managed to hope just as the door opened.
