*Authors note: I don't know what's happening but my drafts keep getting erased its starting to ____ me off. Any-who this is the next instalments and will be told in Tobias's POV if you didn't guess from the title. Cody's will be next then all three and I have to get this out there it's really hard to write a full chapter of Tobias because he's such a hard character but I hope I did we'll and you enjoy it.

(Tobias's POV)

I groaned as I sat up a massive headache making my head hurt. I couldn't really focus really well and for once I actually felt blind like people say I am. My senses were being blocked by my headache so I couldn't focus them which kinda scared me a bit but I shook it off standing up completely.

"You're awake!" I heard someone yell excitedly behind me causing me to cringe and bring my hands up to my ears to block the sudden noise. I didn't recognize the voice but the owner sounded young probably around my age.

I heard laughing, "Don't worry I won't hurt you. "He said, "My names Jared and your more twitchy then that kid Josh who I think we should seriously rename to twitch I mean he's so nervous but he's a nice guy although he is an intense moment kind of dude but-"

"What are you talking about?" I cut in interrupting him. The kid talks so fast and changes the subject so quickly that all I got really was his name and an even bigger headache.

"Oh sorry." He apologized lifting me onto my feet and setting me down on something soft that seemed like a bed all the while never ending his rant on who knows what. "You're kinda quiet like that kid Tatem who is pretty intense just like Twitch A.K.A Josh." He blustered laughing at his joke. "We should call him Panther because he kinda reminds me of a panther the way he sneaks around and stuff and also his little ability I wonder what we would call you. Wait! I didn't even get your name!" He declared and for once it was silent and I felt his eyes on me.

"Tobias." I said abruptly not wanting him to start up again. No such luck.

"That's your name? It seems so old." He said finally before I felt him jump up almost knocking me over. "We should call you......" i felt him go silent for a moment as he thought about it before his attention must of drifted somewhere else because he changed the topic completely," oh my god are you blind?" He asked and I felt him get close to me before he jumped back just as quickly. "Oh my god! You are blind how do you see? Do you have a dog? Or wait are you like that superhero what's his name oh I remember daredevil!" He exclaimed excitedly.

If I was ever going to get rid of my headache this is not making it easier I thought numbly before turning away from Jared and clutching my head trying to ignore his never ending questions. I started to wonder what happened to my brother and Cyrus and I came up blank trying to force myself to remember.

Mom was telling us to go somewhere I remember that much but other than that it was kinda fuzzy I think I heard a gunshot but I don't know for sure. I remember being unable to breath and coughing and then nothing.

I was suddenly torn out of my thoughts by someone shaking me. "Earth to Toby. We have to hide now! Follow me." He said urgently grabbing my wrist and leading me away quickly I felt the air change a little, that no one would notice except for me because I was trained to notice things like this so I knew that we were in a small area.

"Wha-" I began but was cut off by a hand on my mouth and a quiet hushing. I stopped and sat back listening to what sounded like a door opening and a group of people walking in. It was silent for a moment before a loud clear booming voice was heard.

"Jared Basilisk and Tobias Abbott we know you are in here come out and save us the trouble of finding you." The voice boomed. Jared just tightened his hold on me and remained silent as he gestured for me to crouch down.

I heard the sound of the door being opened and I felt Jared stiffen before he stood into a standing position grabbing my wrist and lifting me up as well. We walked out of our hiding spot and he stopped me and stood in front of me blocking me from whoever was in front of us.

"Hello Snake." I heard Jared say mockingly. "Missed me?

I heard a light growl coming off of 'Snake' before he growled, "My name is not Snake its Shane and your presence would rather of been avoided but the boss said I needed to check on you and that other filth right there!" I felt his eyes on me and I started to get a little uncomfortable. Jared must of noticed this because once again he got into a defensive stance in front of me breaking into another one of his taunts. "Hah Snaky Wanky I know you love us."

"No I do not!" He said angrily and I felt him push Jared a tiny bit but it was enough to make the smaller boy tumble backwards landing lightly on me before he caught his balance. "And if it were my choice I would have killed you a long time ago." He whispered just low enough for me and Jared to hear then he pulled away and I heard him stomp away the others behind him before the door slammed and we were left in silence.

I felt Jared breath out his held breath and turn around to look back at me. "Who was that?" I asked him.

"I call him snake because he's as devious and quick to anger as one." He said before saying quietly. "I think I'll call you Wolf because your strong and brave even if you don't think you are." He said which caused me to widen my eyes before I shook my head. "No you can call me Toby if you want but I'm not sure about Wolf." I told him.

He laughed before once again standing up the moment gone as he went back to saying random things that caused me too sigh. This kid sure is a mystery I thought as I felt my way back to the bed and sat down once again Jared following.

"Did you know I was the one to name this place the underworld?" He asked causing me to shake my head as I listened to his story about Hades and the real underworld. "That Black haired kid was being carried pretty far into this base I hope that kids all right he looked hurt." He said catching my attention.

"Cody what do you mean he looked hurt? How did you see him?" I asked quickly worry about my brother jumping into my mind once again.

"Cody? Is that his name what a dumb name although it reminds me of brother bear is he like Coda what's he like is he funny? and to answer your first question I saw some blood on him and they were heading towards the medical room so I was worried but there is still other places he could have gone and if he was seriously hurt I think they would have been in more of a hurry and as for your second question he was right behind you when they threw you in here." He answered taking a breath from the long explanation.

I was still worried about my brother no matter if he was majorly hurt or not but once again the door opened blocking me from my thoughts. I heard some more people walk in and Jared move in front of me blocking me from them which kinda reminded me of what my brother would do with Billy or anyone else that showed a threat to me.

All of a sudden the men rushed forward pushing Jared to the ground and snapping something on his neck which let out an electric burst and Jared yelped in pain gasping for breath. I felt something cold snap on my neck and immediately I went to pull it off. I was just about to grab it when I felt Jared grab my wrist and pull my hand away from it and he muttered don't before he stood up next to me and the men led us out the door.
