Sorry I won't tag people who requested because there is so much to do now and I have no time to look at the accounts sorry
Exploring Granite cave in Hoenn was really amazing. Seeing all the pokémon was really amazing too. Zubat, Abra, Geodude, Makuhita, Aron, Mawile, Nosepass and Sableye. They were running around and playing. Surprising none challenged me. It seemed like they weren't bothered by me being here.
I had come here to get to the next gym in Dewford Town. I thought I could get a little stronger before my battle with Brawly. He was a fighting type specialist but I wanted to work on some of my pokémon to make them a bit stronger. I had faith in them, no doubt, but just as a precaution.
Then I came across this room. That's the only way I thought I could explain it. It was a large room with the top opened. Letting the light in. seeing vines on the walls and if you looked up you could see some trees. Leaves were scattered all over the floor.
"This place is amazing," I said. "Wait what's that?" I saw something shining in-between the small crevices of the wall. I went over to it and saw that it was a Fire Stone. Odd to find one out here like this.
"Ahh, a fire stone. That's a rare find," a voice said. I jumped and turned to look who it was. "Oh, I'm sorry, Miss. I didn't mean to scare you."
"I-It's alright," I said. "I just got a little startled." I tried to pull my heart back inside me. This man was actually kind of nice. He had soft, gentle blue eyes and soft blue hair to match. He looked about my age, too. (he looks about twenty so there for so are you.)
"Ma'am?" he asked. I snapped back. "Are you alright? You look like you have a cut from getting that stone."
"No, I'm fine. My name's (Y/n)," I said.
He smiled. "I'm Steven Stone. So what's a beautiful young lady doing here? A cave is no place for a young lady," he said helping me up.
"I was on my way to Dewford Town for my next gym battle," I said. "What about you?"
"I was just trying to find some rare stones," he said.
I looked at the fire stone in my hands. I really didn't need one. "Here then," I said. "I have no need for one."
He smiled. "There's no way I could take it. You're the one who found it."
I took his hand and put it in his hands. "It's alright," I said. "I hope it helps in your quest."
"Thank you so much then. You know it's sunset right now. There's no way you can get out of here before dark. I have a well lit opening. We could go there. Think of it as payment for this stone," he said.
Before I could say anything he took my hand and led me to it. He was right. There was a well lit area. There were lights beaded across the walls and a generator attached to them. There was a sleeping bag and a fire pit. He placed his backpack but that and sat down.
"Do you have a sleeping bag?" he asked.
"Yeah," I said. I put my bag down to get it out and placed it down close to the fire pit.
That night we got to talk about a lot of different things. Though when I would try to talk about him he'd divert the conversation. But he gave me advice and was telling me about the cave and we random things. I found out he was a very polite gentleman. He was really worried about the scratches on my hand but that's all they were. Steven said he'd help me get to Dewford Town tomorrow morning.
After we had supper we went to sleep. The next morning we had breakfast. He was a really great cook. I offered to cook but he said he had it and made it for us. After we ate we packed up and then headed out to Dewford Town.
"Right this way, (Y/n)," he said. "Watch your step." He took my hand and helped me off the rock I was on. I tripped on the last bit and hit his chest. A feint laugh rose in his chest. "I said watch your step."
I backed off and blushed. "Sorry. I'm a bit clumsy," I said.
His eyes widened and then went back to normal. "It's alright. Just remember you're safe when you're with me."
"Alright," I said. There was a little rumble and I looked up.
"That's nothing to worry about. An Onyx is probably just moving," he said.
He was wrong there was something to worry about I saw a large chunk of the roof of the cave was going to come down. I pushed Steven out of the way. I landed right on top of him. Though not in the way I had hoped. I had landed on Steven's chest and our lips were touching. My eyes were widened and so were his.
When I snapped back I got off of him and sat so I was looking the other way. I was blushing like crazy. That was my first kiss. I mean Steven was really nice and I think I had a little crush on him before but now it was a full blown crush.
"Y-You saved me," he said. "(Y/n), thank you so much. I am too shocked to say anything but thank you."
"Hmm? Oh, n-no problem," I said.
"You're not hurt are you?" he asked.
"No, not at all," I said kind of fast. "Let's get to Dewford now."
We got up and I walked two steps behind him and looked at the floor. It was quiet and awkward on our way out. I wanted to ask him about the kiss but how could I? Did he like it? Did I? No, I knew I did. But what if he didn't and thought it was disgusting? Was he taken? Ahh this was driving me crazy. I needed to know yet I was too afraid to ask.
"So when you saved me," Steven said. I glanced up at him. "We kissed. Right?"
"Yeah," I said blushing like crazy.
"I bet your boyfriend will get jealous right?" he asked.
"No, I don't have one," I said. "What about your girlfriend?"
"Don't have one," he said. Well this made it more awkward.
"So what do we do about that? I mean I kind of liked it but if you didn't," I began. Steven stopped and I ran into him. HE turned to face me and cupped my cheek. "Steven?"
He leaned down and kissed me softly on the lips. His lips were cool and soft. He held my waist and drew me closer. I put mine on his shoulders. He was well built and strong. I felt like a Camerupt just went off in my stomach. I felt so warm and really safe in his arms. I didn't want this moment to end. Even though I had just met Steven, I had felt a connection with him unlike any guy before.
We pulled back and I put my head on his chest. "So then are we in agreement?" he asked. "I really like you (Y/n)."
"Same here," I said.
He hugged me and then said, "That's good to know. You know there's this spot in this cave that is really beautiful. Well two rather. One is at a waterfall."
I looked up at him. "Where's the other?" I asked.
"Right here," he said with a smile. I blushed and he said, "But how about after your battle with Brawly if you'd like to see the waterfall? Think of it as a date."
"I'd love to," I said.
He smiled and then took me to Dewford Town. All the way holding my hand. Steven was really sweet, kind and charming. He was the perfect guy. I was happy we met all by a fire stone. I guess I can be happy about that.
After a week of dating each other he turned the fire stone into a beautiful necklace. Though I had to continue my journey we stayed in touch and he would randomly pop up to surprise me. We'd go on a date and end up making out with each other. Steven made me really happy and who knew what lied in store for us but I looked forward to it.
Sweet last update today and I will try tomorrow.
