"And what the hell do you want me to do?" Susan blurred out through the other end of the phone.
Don sighed in frustration, "Ms. Grant, there's two people already dead. There might be more in danger. Please tell me where she is."
"Two people dead?! I already told you she was trouble and y'all want me to help Angie? Hell no! I'm not doing it."
"I've already asked Mrs. Coventry for help, but she doesn't know where she is. You're the only one that could possibly know and if I don't find her this second, she's going to kill again," Don yelled in anger while driving 85 miles per hour back to the precinct. At this point, he didn't have anymore patience. This was the worst case he had ever handled and he never had anyone like Susan Grant that was as stubborn as ever. He was frustrated by her and the only way Don could get through to her was by putting his foot down.
"Excuse me? Who are you to be yelling at me?" Susan retaliated while taking a puff of her cigarette, "I raised that whore and did my best by her. I tried to get her help and she went against it, but you still want me to help you? Hell no!"
"If you won't help me, fine. So be it," Don said after hanging up the phone.
Don went another half hour, driving in silence so he could get back to the station as quick as he could. Before making the exit to head to Downtown Cloverdale, his phone had rang and he answered it without checking who called.
"Hello?"
"Sir! There's something going on the east side on Quinton Street. We got a call from the operator about screaming coming from a woman's home by the name of Susan Grant."
Don's eyes grew in disbelief. He had just got off of the phone with her and now she's in trouble. He was hesitant to help since Susan was being stubborn, but he thought again. Don swore he would protect and serve, so that was what he had to do.

The police was still on the hunt for her and on the way to the cabin, there was Cloverdale police on every block. Luckily, she was able to get pass all of them.
Once Lauren thought of a plan, she grinned the most slyest grin then headed for the door with the car keys in hand.

Knock. Knock. Knock.
There was no answer, so Lauren knocked again.
Knock. Knock.
"Who is it?!" the woman yelled on the other end of the door.
"It's Angie!"
The door knob began to turn and as the door opened, there stood Susan in an all pink robe with a cigarette in hand.
"You."
"Me," Lauren grinned while making her way inside.
