it was a hot summer day. Almost 90 degrees. Ethan called you about an hour ago to see if you would like to go swimming with him, and you said of course. You've been friends for two months, but you slowly gathered feelings for him.

Your POV
i arrive at his house wearing a Kiini swimsuit and a white romper. i knocked on his door and he answered quickly.

"Hey, what's up," he says smiling.

"I've never been in your pool. I'm excited!" i say and walk into his house.

"Haha yeah it's pretty cool."

i follow Ethan to his backyard. i pass the kitchen with Grayson making a sandwich. "hi y/n!" He says and waves. i wave back and walk outside.

"I'm gonna try to tan before going in the pool," i say. Ethan ignores what i said and jumps in the pool. His canon ball splashes water all over me. i laugh but realize i've never seen him without a shirt on. i immediately redden my cheeks when i notice his tan and muscular body. i take off my romper and decide not to take a tan. i turn around and notice he was staring at me. His eyes were so attached to my body, which made me feel insecure, yet so special.

He tells you, "y/n can you bring me the pool floaty?"

i grab it and as i was giving it to him he grabs my hand instead of the floaty and pulls me in the water. The water feels nice on my skin, and when i get to the surface i couldn't stop laughing. i turn around and Ethan's face is only inches away from you.

he got way to close to where it was a best friend thing. it was something more than that.

i feel his hand comb little strands of my hair of my eyes. "Your so beautiful."

i blush from his gentle touch of his hand on my cheek. him and i were still inches apart. i want to kiss his soft plump lips so bad, but he's my best friend.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" He asks with a smile. i smile and look at the water. "Stop!"

He lifts your chin to face him again and leans in to me. He lightly touches my lips and i stand there. i are very shocked that Ethan is practically kissing me. He parted and smiled. You smile while he looked at my lips. i didn't realize that i leaned in to kiss him. His took it by surprise for a second but kissed back. He was not rough like what i thought. He was soft, gentle, and slow. It was cute the way he lightly touched my waist. He was uneasy for a minute, but decided to deepen the kiss. i laugh at how this is really happening.

i wrap your arms around his neck while keeping the kiss going. mine and his lips move in sync. It's almost as if him and i were meant to be. i look into his hazel eyes and smile.

"Your a good kisser," he says quietly. i laugh and look down at the water. He then splashes me and i scream. "But that won't stop me from splashing you!" He yells. i splash back and push him under water. Wow...how romantic.

He pulled me by the ankles underwater, leaving me shocked. i look at him underwater and he makes a face that makes me laugh so hard underwater. i do one and he lets bubbles escape his mouth, meaning that he was laughing to. i go to the surface to gather more air and went underwater. Ethan did the same thing and went underwater, but this time he got close to you.

Underwater, he entwines his hand with mine and us two look at each other before kissing again. mine and his lips move in perfect rhythm and i didn't want to gasp for air. Ethan parts to kiss and picks me up bridal style underwater, and gets me to the surface. "Hey beautiful," he says as we reach over the water. i giggle so shyly, "stop it Eth."

i blush pretty easily and he spins me around while holding me. i laugh from all that he was doing for the past ten minutes. This friend of mine, i like him a lot.

He stops spinning and focuses on me. "I really like you."

i look so deeply into his eyes and smile. "I like you too."

He smiles even wider and keeps staring into my eyes. Ugh the things he made me feel! He made me feel secure, actually cared for, and so attracted to him.

Ethan is the guy i first was friends with, and are now attached to each other.
