Ryan was in my sisters bedroom. I was slightly annoyed my mom wouldn't let her sleep in my room. I had to keep reminding myself this was only for a day. I had snuck into there room for a bit and they had been crying. At first I thought something happened then they explained. Honestly girls can be weird sometimes. As I laid in my bed I couldn't sleep. I missed Ryan to much. I pulled out my phone and texted her for a bit. Apparently Mali was asleep. It was 2 in the morning so I would be surprised if she wasn't. All of a sudden I heard the door creep open and it was Ryan. She has snuck in. She ran over to my bed and I pulled her into my chest. She leaned up and pecked my lips. She laughed for some reason and I just decided not to ask. I held her close as her smell creeped into my nostrils. It was almost intoxicating. I kissed her forehead and just laid my lips on her head. How I loved this girl. She smiled as I drew circles into her back. "How was your trip." I asked. "Pretty good." She said winking. I knew she was referring to that one night. Then I heard her soft snores and chuckled. How this girl could turn snoring into a lullaby that could make any person sleepy.

When i woke up I saw Ryan was gone. She must have snuck back to my sisters room in the middle of the night. I walked downstairs to see my mom making Cinnamon rolls and eggs. "Ryan's favorite." I said laughing. She smiled and replied. "Yes." I laughed as two girls with extreme bed head walked down the halls. They looked so dizzy it was funny. They sat down and Ryan basically woke up when she saw what my mom was making. "You didn't have to do that." She said smiling. "Anything for my daughter." She replied. "Hey I'm your actual daughter over here." Mali whined. When we were done eating Mali gave us a ride home. Ryan got shotgun so I was stuck in the back listening to them sing and giggle. When we got home Ryan basically hugged her room. She was so excited to be back it was funny. I just watched her run around all excited and laughed. "Be in decent clothes by 6." I whispered in her ear. "Where are you taking me." Ryan asked confused. "You'll see." I said smiling. She kept trying to get it out of me but I wasn't budging. She decided to just get reading instead of trying. Tonight would be perfect. It took me half the time it took her. It was surprising how little she did in three hours. She didn't need to do much though no matter what she wore or how little makeup she used she was beautiful.

When we pulled up she was confused. I took her down to a lake no one goes to. "I used to go here whenever I needed to think." I said looking at her. The sun was starting to set. I had been just on time. I took her over to the lake so we could watch it fade into the water. It was pretty but the girl sitting next to me was prettier. She dipper her feet into the water and almost instantly pulled back. "Its cold" she said frowning. I laughed. "Of course it is. Its lake water." I said still laughing. "Hm I don't have a bathing suit." She said frowning. "You don't need one." I said smirking. She just laughed as I stepped into the lake. The only people out here were us and its not like we hadn't seen each other naked before. She stepped into the lake and we started to mess around. I came up behind her and grabbed her throwing her over my shoulder. She screamed and started to kick her arms. I let her down but still held her waist. "I love you." She whispered. "I love you more." I said winking. I smashed my lips onto hers as they molded together like clay. We just floated on the water hugging each other.

When we got back in the car I had towels and I handed her some. She started to change and I tried not to stare. She simply laughed. I had already gotten my clothes on and I was waiting for her. She fell asleep in the car so when we got home I carried her in bridal style. I laid her down on her bed and slept next to her. As I whispered sweet nothings into her ear she turned around and smiled. "Today was fun. Thank you." She said. I nodded and let her put her head in my chest as I laid my head in her neck. I could feel her hot breath against my chest as she began to drift off. As I began to drift off I remembered all that's happened this year. Ryan was there for all of it and hopefully she would be there for every year of my life. She would always be my best friend but even better she would also always be the person who had my heart. Ryan hood. I like it. Then my phone dinged. It was from Marie.

-I miss you, I'm so sorry please come back to me baby. I was stupid.

I blinked. What the actually frick was going on. I simply blocked her and looked back at the sleeping child. I pulled the blanket up and started to slowly fall asleep to her breathing.
