I woke up cuddling Ryan. I snuggled into her more and she smiled while slowly waking up.

"Hey baby." She said. Her voice deeper and more raspy than normal. She's probably getting sick.

"You getting sick?" I asked her, she shook her head, paused, and nodded.
I laughed and hugged her.

"That's okay. I was gonna bring you on a super great date," I joked, "but I think I'd rather take care of you." I said. She smiled.

"You don't have to," she said, but I shook my head.

"I don't, but I wanna." I said. I got up and went to her side of the bed. Then I picked her up and carried her bridal style to the couch, while she squealed and laughed like a 5 year old.

I put her down and she calmed down.

"Don't leave me." She pouted.

"I'm making you food, chill." I laughed as I grabbed a frying pan. I cracked an egg in it and started to scramble it. I also put bread in the toaster. I made her eggs on toast with coffee and yogurt. I put it on the coffee table along with eating utensils.

"Im like a baby." She mumbled. I doubt it was for me to hear, so when I laughed about it, she blushed before joining my amusement.

"You are my baby." I said with a goofy grin on my face. She smiled and kissed my cheek. I complained about the germs before openly not caring and kissing her on her lips. I turned on supernatural for her, because it's her favorite show. She placed herself in between my legs, so I grabbed our faux fur blanket and draped it over us.

By the end of the episode, she was crying. I'll admit I was almost crying too... but I don't wanna talk about it.

I took this moment, when we weren't doing anything, to mention Marie.

"Hey Ryan?" I asked for her attention slowly.

"Yeah?" She said, not looking up at me.

"Marie texted me last night." I said slowly. She shot her gaze right away as she tensed up.

"What did that hoe say? What did you say to-" she coughed, "to her?" She finished.

I pulled my phone out and showed her the text she sent.

"I didn't tell her anything." I answered truthfully.

"Can I answer for you?" She asked me. I nodded.

"Yeah, but unblock her first." I said. You would be able to tell she was happy she was blocked in the first place. She unblocked her, and began to type.

To Lying hoe - Hey Marie. It's Ryan. I just wanna let you know that, no he won't take you back, yes he's dating me, and yes I make him feel better and happier than you ever did. Bye

She typed and I looked over her shoulder. She had a smug grin of her face. And we high fived. I noticed my phone buzz. She looked at it and inhaled like she was shocked.

"I might've... just made it worse." She said while handing the phone to me.

From Lying hoe - Oh, hey bitch. Tell your little boyfriend he can't get rid of me that easy. No, I have ways to make him regret leaving me and come crawling back. Ciao!

I groaned, blocked her, shut off my phone, and threw it on the couch. I opened my arms out as a invitation for a hug, which she accepted.

"Whatever happens, I'll be there for you." I said. She nodded ever so slightly, but enough.

I wasn't so sure myself. Marie was harmless. But I didn't know every side of her, so I was nervous of what she could pull.
 
I hugged my girlfriend tightly, to act as a shield for her. I wanted her to feel safe as long as she's with me.

I spent the rest of the day taking care of her and treating her like glass. I got our minds off Marie and things. Tomorrow we have to buy school supplies, because it's Friday, and school starts Monday.

"Let's go." I said to her while putting on my SnapBack. She groaned but slipped her shoes on. Then we had to drive to the store.

Basically we only bought a notebook each and a pack of pencils. This wasn't kindergarten. All we'd really need is our phone chargers and headphones.

Only then I realized at the checkout that school starts again in two days. I'd be senior year of college, and I wouldn't have to deal with it June next year. I told Ryan my thoughts and she smiled.

"Why are you smiling?" I asked. I mean it's school.

"We'll be done with it forever next year." She said. I intertwined our fingers together and brought her hand to my lips, placing a gentle kiss on the back.

"You're right." I smiled, letting our hands drop to our sides again. We grabbed our bags and walked outside to put it in the car.
