The Truth Hurts ( HIATUS )

Chapter 20

( Jisoo's POV )

" Wait," I said, stopping Taehwan from driving off, " How do I know that I can trust you?"
" I promise, I'll  take good care of you," he reassured me. Hesitantly, I took my hand off of his and allowed him to start the car and take me to my new home.

( Jennie's POV )

After I heard the bedroom door close, that indicated to me that Rosé and Tao had left. I sprung out of bed and peeked out of the window to make sure that the two of them had driven away.

After making sure that they were nowhere to be seen , I exited the house to go to the busy  streets of Seoul. I'm going there to find  a Jisoo look- alike so that they'll stop trying to prove that I harmed her in any way.

I was roaming around the streets when I saw a girl dancing in front of a crowd. She looked like she could be Jisoo's twin.

" Hey!" I shouted to get her attention.
" What," she snapped, " Make it quick."
" How about instead of dancing, you come into my household and pretend to be my sister!" I said excitedly to persuade her, " You see, you look identical to her and..." I began explaining and she nodded her head in response, " Oh, and I'll pay you $2,000,000 won!"

" I'm Park Jia," she introduced herself, " When does the job start?" Wow. That was easy.

" Now," I answered. I then grabbed her arm and bolted back home before Rosé and Tao could return.
When we arrived home, I completely changed her look from badass and sexy to cute and innocent.

Just like Jisoo. Then I gave her some of Jisoo's clothes. Next I told her about Jisoo's personality, past, everyone who lives here and gave her a tour of the house. So, I think I'll be fine with her cause she knows how to act, what name to respond to and whatever.

( Rosé's POV )

Tao and I had finally arrived at what people call " The Lookout" because you can see all of the city lights. In reality, it's just a rocky cliff that people jump off of to commit suicide. We had to use the light at the back of our iPhones cause the sun was setting and it was beginning to get dark.

" Ah!" Tao screamed jumping into my arms like a baby.

" What," I said rolling my eyes.
" I think those are Jisoo's bones!" He exclaimed. I closely examined it and it turned out to be a pile of dog bones. As in chew toys.

" Those are dog toys idiot," I told him throwing him onto the ground. One minute he's all manly, the next minute he's as scared as a mouse. The two of us continued our search when I discovered a very familiar bracelet covered in what looked like blood.

" Bro, didn't you buy this for her?" I asked holding it up.

" Yeah," Tao replied, " Ew, blood."

" Yeah, one of the things that keeps us alive... ew," I scoffed. I put the bracelet in a ziplock bag and then we left to go back to the mansion.
