( Jisoo's POV )

" We're back!" Lisa exclaimed. It was around seven in the night and we had just arrived back home in Seoul.

" Okay, good night everybody," Jennie groaned as she dragged herself up the staircase.

" Yeah, I'm going in for an early night too," Rosé waved, " Have a good night guys."

" Night," I replied.

" Don't let the bed bugs bite," Lisa said in a creepy tone of voice.

I was in my room reorganizing my clothes when I heard Lisa calling me.

" Jisoo!" She knocked on my bedroom door.

" Yah," I answered as I opened the door for her.

" My parents opened a Thai restaurant and I wanna know if you wanna come try their food," she offered.

" I'm not too sure," I told her, " It's pretty late. Did I ever tell you about what happened at the club one time?"

" Oh come on," she grabbed my arm and began shaking it, " Tao's coming..." She persuaded me.

" Fine..." I agreed.

At the restaurant

" Welcome!" Lisa's mom greeted us, " You must be Lisa's friend, Jisoo. I've heard a lot about you!" She said enthusiastically as she approached me.

" It's very nice to meet you," I bowed. She smiled at me until she noticed that Tao was standing behind me.

" Huang Zi Tao?!" She exclaimed as her eyes grew wide with shock. Oh yeah... Tao and Lisa are exes.

" That's me," Tao said as he scratched the back of his neck.

" So, can we get a table?" Lisa asked.

" Yes, follow me," Her mom said, gesturing for us to follow her. The three of us were following her to our table when I hit my head on someone's chest.

" Ow," I mumbled rubbing my forehead.

" You okay?" I heard a very familiar voice ask. I looked up to see Tae- Hwan staring back at me with a small smile on his face.

" Oh, hi," I giggled, " How are you?"

" Good," he replied, " What brings you here?"

" My friend Lisa invited me," I continued, " her parents own this restaurant. You wanna join us?"

" I mean, I don't have anything better to do," he shrugged his shoulders.

I then grabbed his wrist and led him to our table. I sat next to Tao, Lisa sat opposite me and then there was Tae- Hwan next to Lisa. I became really suspicious when I saw Tao and Tae- Hwan exchanging death glares.

" Who is he," Lisa whispered as she leaned closer to me.

" I'm Tae- Hwan, you can call me Tae if you want," he introduced himself.

" I'm Lalisa, please call me Lisa," she responded.

" Lalisa! Come help!" Lisa's mother shouted.

" Coming mom," Lisa groaned.

( Tao's POV )

I was on my phone sending an email while Jisoo and Tae- Hwan were talking when I heard a high pitched voice whine, " Why me!" I looked in front of me to see Lisa struggling to hold a stack of plates filled with food for customers. She was even balancing a jug of water on her head.

" Let me help," I said as I held the jug of water and some plates. I couldn't bear to see a girl struggling with anything.

" Th- thank you," she stuttered.

( Jisoo's POV )

" Can I tell you a secret?" I asked Tae- Hwan.

" Sure," he replied as he his face inched closer to mine.

" Tao and I are planning on getting married," I whispered. I glanced at him and he looked pretty angry. His face was bright red. What's wrong with him?

( Tao's POV )

After helping Lisa I looked over at our table to see Tae- Hwan moving his face closer to Jisoo's. Nope.

" We gotta go," I said as I grabbed Jisoo's hand. She whispered something to him and I was really curious, but all that mattered then was getting Jisoo away from him.

" But what about Lisa?" She asked.

" He'll drop her home," I replied.

( Lisa's POV )

" Okay, I'm done for tonight," I told Tae- Hwan as I set my apron down on a table. I have to say, he's a really nice guy.

" Cool," he answered as I followed him to his car.

From the restaurant all the way back home, I was rambling on and on about how much I liked Tao. When we reached back home, Tae- Hwan pushed me against the front door and told me, " Hey, I don't know how to say this, but," he gulped, " You can't like Tao as anything more than a friend."

" What," I muttered, " Go away!" I shouted, pushing him away from me. Before he could utter another word, I slammed the door on him, furiously.

I was relaxing on the balcony in my room, enjoying the cool, gentle breeze when I heard laughter. I looked over to the garden to see Tao and Jisoo hugging and kissing each other. I couldn't hold back my tears anymore, so I ran back inside and jumped onto my bed.

" Why do I always fall in love with the wrong people," I sobbed as I buried my face in my pillow.
